Scottsdale Costco! Ewww dont go unless its early.otherwise you take your life in your hands in the parking lot. Way to crazy with people inside too.

Optical department is awesome. Got my new glasses quickly and they are perfect. Best pair I have ever had.

Always a great place to save money on all your grocery goods and also to spend the most money you ever do in a grocery store!

Without a doubt, this store's Hearing Center is the BEST and ONLY place.to get Hearing Aids! Ronnie and Robin are simply awesome!
Stop getting confused by the internet and ripped-off at the local stores. The only thing that beats the unbelievable price value is the extreme competence of the staff. Ronnie (Veronica) literally changed my life with her total expertise and caring personality. I have sent many people who had qualms or were in denial for years (as was I) and thanked me for referring them here. You will too!

This Costco location is nice. The staff is friendly, the bathrooms are cleaned and the overall experience is fine. It does get crowded at times, but still worth it to shop.

As soon as I walked in to the building a very rude woman started rambling something about safety, I couldn't quite understand where that was coming from, she had a very aggressive tone. Her name is Maria F. I've never been to this location, I'm sure the rest of the employees are very nice, but this was not a good impression.

This is probably one of the more dynamic Costco's in Arizona because merchandise moves so fast. If you see something you like, it's better to buy quickly and then return it if you don't like, particularly clothes. I've seen some items last fewer than 24 hours. BTW, parking can be a nightmare because of mass impatience and toxic attitudes.

Had a small problem with delay in getting frames replace. The optical department's manager helped get the repair done and even issued a $50 Costco store debit card for my inconvenience!

Recently switched from Sam's club to Costco. Always crowded and don't seem to have as much selection or variety. For instance, they only had four choices of cheese and none of it was sliced.

Great for buying in bulk, obviously. Good to go here in the middle of the week and early in the afternoon to avoid crazy lines and impossible parking. Not my favorite way to shop as there are really only so many necessities that can be bought here and I would still have to go to another store If I was buying anything food related in an attempt to make any kind of actual entire meal. But again, it's a bulk buying place and it's not like I would expect different.

Just like most of the Costco location, can get almost anything here.car wash, fuel, grocery and the list goes on. Don't think carwash is that common at a Costco location though. Huge store. Checkout is crowded. Found the self check out very convenient.
If they could provide a portable scanning device at the self check out that would be easier instead of calling the staff for all the larger items.

Havent been here in years. Quite a few products changed and they didnt offer any samples. Not impressed with my new membership but I will continue to shop here occasionally until I use up my membership.

Well run and lots of people around to help. What can you say it's Costco. That said my vote is for them to open a singles section. Maybe something called simply 'Singles'. I just don't need a year's supply a protein powder or a bag of chips so big my Cardiologist cringes at the thought of my crossing its threshold. If I keep shopping there I'm probably going to need a storage room added did the kitchen.

Seriously cannot believe this Costco has such high reviews. 4th trip and I still feel the same. This Costco SUCKS. The layout, it is dirty and the staff is just ok.
The fact that I always get push back for placing food in my bags or their boxes. So strange.
And where is all the organic food? !

Wow this is a great Costco! Many, more items to choose from than most costco's, plus a gas station and a car wash!

They need to limit their customer count on weekends.

My only complaint is I never find out my membership needs to be renewed until I have a small checkout and BAM! I'm suddenly paying twice what I expected because I have to renew my membership. Why are they charging such a large fee anyway, are they not making any money off my purchases, or is this just a money grab?

Excellent.bring a full wallet because you'll be buying everything.check out is faster if you do it yourself. Employee are very, very helpful and always making sure you got what you came for! SUPER RECOMMENDED

Helpful and Happy employees are always be available! Snacks are great also for cruising the isles! ;) >
