The facility is really nice and clean. The staff is friendly. My hair dresser is Chalyse. She's great.

I've been to multiple stylists here and they always give me a great cut+color. I want to shout out Mariah A.who was really nice about my current hair loss and gave me a great haircut to help hide it. She listened and gave me exactly what I wanted both cut and color wise. All the stylists here seem very knowledgeable

Chalyse was AMAZING! She helped answer all my questions (and there were lots) before I committed to getting hair extensions. She helped recommend products and explained to me the proper way to take care of them. During the install she was so nice and kept me comfortable as I was getting ready to experience this new hair change!

This is my second time seeing esthetician Destiny for a brow lami, tint and wax here at Cotton and I am so obsessed! I love my brows and get so many compliments! Thank you Destiny!

Jennivie is our go-to every single time. She works with our teens to give them the haircut that they want and gives suggestions on what she thinks would look best on them. Having been barber shop kids growing up, they don't want anyone else touching their hair but her. Cotton Salon and Spa is always clean, staff are friendly, and best of all, you aren't inundated with chemical smells like some salons. Highly recommend for your hair needs.

They made my hair look way to short and the price was way to high. I asked for curtain bangs that were long and they made them very short. I am very disappointed and am not going back into the salon.

Facial by Destiny was so much needed. She explained everything she was doing and the products. Great experience.

My hairstylist is Hannah Stokes! Since the first time I sat in Hannah’s chair she has always made me feel beautiful and has understood how to work with my hair. I have long and thick hair and she has given me the BEST haircuts. She also colors all of my hair and it always comes out looking shiny and healthy! I love how I feel every time I visit her. I highly recommend Hannah. You will feel heard and understood in Hannah’s chair. Book your appointment with her and you will see for yourself.:)

This review below me from June is literally because Shannon refused to do her hair again, and she didn’t go into anaphylactic shock she literally had a panic attack… but anyways Shannon always slays my hair and I love it so much, everyone here is so nice and it’s so pretty:)

Asked Shannon for blonde but she turned my hair dark. She said she could fix it and began adding a lot of chemicals. She put me into anaphylactic shock and I was taken away in an ambulance, my blood pressure 54/37. She almost killed me

I’ve been to this place twice where they have accepted an online appointment- then I go and sit there for 30 min and then they say their was a misunderstanding on the appt and they don’t have time. Why do I sit there for 30 min and then they figure it out? Also why do I have to guarantee my appointment with a credit card? Shouldn’t I be compensated for my wasted time?

Very busy salon. Stylist Jennivie does a beautiful job blending my salt-n-pepper hair. She works quick but does great work. She's knowledgeable & hospitable. Would definitely return for more services.

Brought my wife in today for her hair to be colored, she was told it would be around $250 and take maximum 3 hours went in at 9am for the hair they showed her it would look similar to, I thought that it was was alot of money then but I said ok whatever just get it done, so we go to check out and the lady at the counter tells me $430 I would never expect somthing like this would be this costly and feel we were taken advantage of by the establishment I asked why so high she said "we used alot of products " I own a business and would never do this to a customer, her stylist was great and did a great job and she deserves to work somewheres else we felt the girl at the counter was very rude to us and the stylist, it was insane. For! $430! If we would have known that the price wasn't what they said it was we would have went up the road they were not straight forward about it and waited til the end when your done to hit you with it so you can't say I'm not paying that.bad shady business what a hustle
