The Storage Complex Is Super Well Maintained & Security With Reasonable Prices And Varies Product To Your Needs The Staff Is Friendly & Helpfull, Particularly Michaela. I Can't Say Enough About How Helpfull, Knowledgeable And Friendly She It Was Speaking To Her Always Brightened My Day

I like how secure and safe and well maintained the facility is, I haven’t personally had the chance to interact with the staff but that’s only cuz I haven’t needed to, which is always a good sign, we rent a large unit and everyone seems courteous and mindful of unintentionally blocking my unit with their car but it’s never an issue at all, everyone seems to mind their business, I like seeing the cameras everywhere, which really a major deterrent for the bad guys, cuz I haven’t yet to witness any suspicious ppl or behavior anywhere in the facility, the only strange thing that happened couple of times now which has nothing to do with the facility or staff was some naughty kids from the apartment complex side (see picture) throwing rocks at my car and the garage units, small rocks but still, I was annoyed but there wasn’t much I could do about it since it’s kids being kids I’m sure, so they hit and run, and I’m not about to go chasing them, unless of course it becomes a problem or they cause damage, and again this has nothing to do with cottonwood Cool storage, just thought I’d mention it in case someone experiencing the same thing and it becomes something that needs addressing in the future, so all and all, if you’re looking for storage and safety, security, maintenance and convenience are important to you then look no further pal/gal.as I rarely write reviews whether bad or good unless is well Deserved and I feel like it truly reflects the business, having rented here for over a year now, I can say for certain that I highly recommend this facility, and you can take that straight to the bank! I forgot to lock my unit for a month smh, but it shows how secure the units are lol:) great staff!

I have recently had the opportunity to rent a unit here at our local Cool Storage. Jim made me feel very welcome and assured that I had made the best choice. He was very kind and efficient. It is a great place to do business!

I just rented this unit so I will need some time before I can give an honest review of the facilities.
The reception from Mahalia was honest, friendly, informative and helpful.
I pray that the rental price per month remains where it currently is or decreases.
I like the amenities of locked gate access, location is central and convenient, the cameras show activity throughput the day and night. Lighting after dark is important for me, too. It reminds me of my storage unit I rented in another State last year. However, it was 1/2 the cost of this unit.at that time.

Excellent facility and friendly professional management! A great team to rent from and
feel secure with dependable Security on property.

Service was great, however $137 for a 5x5 is expensive. Yet, they are in line with other storage places. I will add that the door to there storage units are better than others. Usually when I go to the close the door, the door gets shaky near the bottom and the door latches are hard to close. Not here, solid doors, solid latches.

Jim was very efficient and personable as he helped me rent a unit this afternoon. It was a smooth operation and I felt well taken care of.

Very clean and organized location. Looks brand new but it is 4 years old they say.

Nice secure way of storing items that should be stored outside. They have a few different sizes. The prices are reasonable. If you don't have your own renter insurance they offer a policy as well. They also sell packing material, locks for the units, and rent Uhauls. The parent company oversees this facility and outdoor storage down the road.

Fairly clean units, though thanks to another tenant, rats had gotten into the unit and chewed through most of our boxes.

Was there since opened. Got in @special into rate. I love the comfort control as well as good sound while there. Nothing negative from my part.

We have used this storage for a very long time. I highly recommend them. Annie is always very helpful.
