14I live out of state and was looking for a car for my parents. I reached out to Coulter Buick via an online inquiry and Christina Rogge called within a few hours. We were able to sort out the buying details with a view emails and the total buying experience with Christina was excellent. Our time at the dealership was about an hour and it was seamless. The team at Coulter Buick was awesome. My parents love their new Acadia.

The only gripe is when I test drove car gas was already at 3/4 of tank normally when you buy a car the tank is filled. Since it was closing I think the people cleaning and ensuring gas was filled rushed because there was water marks still, dust in back and gas wasn’t full. For price of car I would expect that would’ve been checked. As we walked out so did everyone else so there wasn’t really an opportunity to say any thing

Squeezed me in to help with a dead battery and saved me trip by taking care of an oil change service at the same time. Also gave me rides to and from my home rather than make me wait around. My first time time to your dealership has established it as my dealership! Professional all the way, especially my new Service Rep!

My Daughter just moved to Phoenix from Michigan to start a new job. I brought her Terrain in for an oil change. I liked the prenotification process used for my schedule service appointment. Ernie was my service Rep and took care of me from start to finish, even took some personal time to just chat with me. Along with the oil change they did a tire rotation and washed the vehicle before returning to me. Ernie reviewed everything that was done with the vehicle. The other thing that I really liked about the dealership was the mini cafeteria that makes it so convenient to grab a breakfast or lunch while waiting. Coulter Cadillac / GMC is one of the best service dealerships I have ever used.
My service advisor was amazing to work with. Absolutely the best …. The manager came out and was very courteous, kind and welcome me to the dealership. My family has been going to Coulter, Infiniti for the last nine years. Now we add A GMC to the Sims family - I’ve been very happy with the service we get from the Coulter family Of dealerships.

I was treated very well, both the salesperson and sales manager communicated clearly and listed to my concerns. They were both willing to work with me to make the deal happen. I feel that I was able to complete my purchase with a fair price on both the purchase price and trade in value.
There are all professional in every way, no one bothers you about a new car, and I have told people I know and I like how it's all preset up, you get there you get checked in and your on your way with a provided Uber, so from now on we're taking all my vehicles there, thanks for the service I'm glad I never have to worry about what they do, everything is done the way is soppuse to be.
Skylor went above and beyond helping myself and my family get into the vehicle we wanted. I was happy by the end of the process and was very satisfied with the customer service I received by every person I had an encounter with. Sarah in finance was very nice and knowledgeable, I knew I wanted the GAP insurance and the tire and wheel warranty and she made sure I got a great price for both. Overall, I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend asking for Skylor when buying a new car, and if you’re financing ask for Sarah! They both were amazing!
I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and professionalism displayed by my sales person throughout the entire purchasing process. I had requested information about the trucks features and engine specifications but the salesperson seemed unprepared and unable to answer my questions adequately. I was told my engine 2.7L was the same as my Ford F150 V6. I came to find out a month later from my friend that my truck is a 4cyl engine. I do feel like I was misled and now I am stuck with a truck I do not want for the long run. I hope this salesperson is fully knowledgeable about the trucks and not in a hurry to get into a sale. I felt like I knew more about the truck just by looking around than they did.
