Great hotel and reasonably priced and well worth it, I was trying to look for the cheapest nice hotel and this was the perfect fit, rooms were wonderful and clean, front desk lady was very helpful and quick at checking me in and out, breakfast was good all around a great stay, I highly recommend

Oh and for any of the other reviews mentioning the freeway right outside, it was absolutely no problem once you go inside the hotel not even just the room the freeway practically dissapears and i would completely forget it was there and it being next to the freeway actually makes it a bit secluded so you don't have any wanderers or foot traffic going around so I would consider it a nice area.altho I did have a room on the other side of the hotel but i heard if you have any worries with the freeway noise you can ask for a room not facing the freeway, so all around there's no problem with it

The woman at the front desk was so wonderful! The room was clean and everything was functioning well. The lady working the breakfast station was spread thin and still kept a positive attitude while trying to keep everything stocked. To top it off they had great free cookies

I’ve been to just about every hotel branch you can think of and personally this location was everything I wanted! Let me first say thank you so much to the general manager and staff morning and night thank you all so much for the hospitality you showed me and my family! Pet friendly allowed my service dog to come, we had to leave our house due to mold and I’m SO happy I chose this location and had this experience this is a beautiful property they have security so you and your belongings will always feel safe, I wish I could give you 10 starts thank you all so much again. I would love to continue to spend money with this property and location and not think twice about it! Merry Christmas and thank you all so much if you are wondering where to stay in tucson don’t go anywhere else pick this location

Nice stay at an affordable rate! We stayed for three nights. The front desk attendant was welcoming at check-in and thanked me for my service which was really nice. The other front desk attendant we met was also nice. The shower in the room looked great and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that could use work is the gym as it is very small with limited equipment. Also, we couldn't get the ATM in the lobby to work after multiple attempts and had to drive to a Bank of America nearby. Lastly, we couldn't hook our HDMI cord to the TV because of the various cables at the back but it was not a dealbreaker.

There is no comforters on the beds.it's just doubled sheets. And forget calling the front desk for any reason.they never answer the phone. If want anything, you have to physically walk to front counter. The floors are thin, so you can hear the other guest's walk above you. This place is not worth it!

We stayed one night. And it was very peaceful, the room was nice, the lobby was very beautiful, the front desk was so friendly. The only thing was our restroom. The hand towel was dirty, Our toilet paper was almost out, our shower had hair inside. We were to tired and just cleaned it up. My husband didn't want to go to the front desk since we just wanted to sleep. It was a long day for us. But other than that we had a good night sleep.

Great atmosphere, clean and tidy rooms. If you’re lucky you will encounter Jimmica at the front desk who is a customer service ROCKSTAR!
She is a bright and energetic personality who can tell you the ins and outs of Tucsons dining and entertainment opportunities.

My husband, his grandpa, and I called to make a one night reservation for a suite and after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes on the phone and giving them credit card information, they then asked for all of our ages and said we all had to be over 21 to stay at their hotel. We then asked why it mattered if the card holder (my husbands grandpa) is older than 21 and they said that was just policy. We asked what if we had a child with us and she exclaimed that “it would be different”. We then asked to speak to the front desk and when they answered we asked why it was like this and the lady asked if she could place us on hold and of course we said yes and then she proceeded to hang up the phone. My question is why does everyone have to be 21 or older and why are children allowed at this hotel if that is the case? If that is your policy then you should mention that at the beginning of the call, not after getting all of our information. You’re considered a child from birth to the age of 17, so if that’s your policy you’re saying that anyone between the ages of 18-20 cannot stay there? Anyways, this makes absolutely no sense and something should be fixed about this and how your employees relay information.

The attendant at check in was very kind and made welcoming conversation. The rooms were clean and cool seeing as the temps are pretty high this time of year. The complimentary continental breakfast was just like eating at a restaurant and provided plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tucson Arizona.

The people, service, rooms were all very nice. The lady making breakfast really worked it and my family really appreciated breakfast because of her. Pool, jacusy, + overall nice experience.

Horrible service. When we went to check in we were told we couldn't because we weren't 21 only 20. When we told the worker Janniaa we understand could we just change the reservation to the 21 year old we had with us. She said we could not and they we couldn't even cancel this room and book another under his name, we couldn't stay here at all because we weren't 21 we had to leave.so children can't stay here or anyone under 21? We asked to speak to a manager and she said there was not one there. When we asked to file a complaint she said she was the only one there so she would take it and if we wanted to call and place one she would be the one to answer the phone. It isn't the fact that the rule is we had to be 21 to stay there even though it isn't stated anywhere when we booked or the email confirmation we received. It was the horrible customer service and the dismissal of the fact we had spent 400 to stay here. We also selected the option not to be charged until we checked in but we were charged the night before anyway. -0/10 will never book here.

Staff was very friendly, rooms were great, and the continental breakfast was good. They could have switched up the breakfast instead of peppers and cheese omelets and sausage every morning to maybe biscuits and gravy, or scramble eggs and bacon. My overall stay was great. Stayed at the other hotel next door my first time to Tucson, and I was nervous because of drug sales going on at the property. However, here I felt secure.

On paper, this place has exactly what we needed: two beds and a sleeper sofa at an affordable price.

When we arrived, an afternoon in the middle of a desert heatwave, we checked in then found out there was no running water for the next three hours. And if we needed a drink? There was a vending machine selling bottled water for two bucks a pop.

This did not sit well with me. It's a desert heatwave. Maybe offer free water while you fix your pipes!

Since we were traveling, we needed to use a toilet - and we needed them to flush! The guy at the desk said we could go to Denny's. We hopped in the car and drove over. A big sign on their door indicated toilets were for paying customers only. Being dehydrated, we bought drinks so we could use the toilet.

That night, in the room, we learned we could not control the AC. It was so cold! (Ironic, I know.).

So at least I had breakfast to look forward to. Wrong again. A sign indicated Tucson area hotels were having supply chain issues with their hot breakfast items. Out of curiosity, I called two other 3-star hotels, and they both reported no supply chain issues with breakfast. I wonder if the management just wanted ways to short us for profit.

They did remodel recently. So the freezing room with no water or breakfast did have a new toilet and such.

I should also note the girls working the front desk were all super professional and kind. Not their fault the management does it this way.

This hotel is pretty conveniently located.
It has a pretty good shower in the room and the room was pretty clean.
The bed was very firm.
Breakfast was OK.
Microwave cooked eggs!
A pretty good experience for the price overall.
I've always been happy to stay at a Country Inn and Suites.

Great hotel. The rooms were nicely updated and the air-conditioning was lovely and kept the room cool when we weren't inside which is a nice feature. Best shower I've encountered in a hotel so far - very clean and had a hosed shower handle. We used the laundry machines while there and had an issue but staff were quick to help. The only issue was the water was turned off for a couple hours and we weren't in the room to get the call they said they made. Overall good experience and would stay again!

Everything great, however the ice machine was OOS and had to use elevator three times to add some melted from our cooler. The dog run needs to longer and wider; dogs need to run to get things moving. But I did give 5 stars for the hospitality presented by ALL employees; even my dog liked them! I will not hesitate to recommend County Inn & Suites @ 705 Freeway access in Tucson!

Stay was exactly as expected smooth booking and reservations no surprise charges and cost affordable. Peaceful and quiet, I recommend the whirlpool suit for a quick romantic getaway without breaking the bank account. Hot/cold breakfast was included. Will book again for sure!

Very enjoyable stay, big room, comfy bed and awesome customer service. Everyone was great but Cloud was outstanding. Great friendly and helpful customer service from him, whether it was to us, other guests or on the reservation line. Thanks for helping make our trip great!

Updating in progress, we learned. Most important were the very comfortable beds. We would have liked room service during our three night stay, though. Breakfast was average, even the hot foods were pre-prepared. We did not use the pool/hottub or exercise room.
