Do NOT buy from here. Terrible company with dishonest salesman. If you want your car to have a check engine light a few days after your purchase then this is the place for you.

Matt sold us a Jeep Wrangler. After a few days, We had a small problem with a check engine light after our purchase. Matt was all over it and said, get it to us and we will fix the problem. Would buy another vehicle from them without hesitation.

Dissapointing they say one thing & do another plus they & credit checks are not private imfo is shared without signatures im dissapointed.

Bought a commuter car that drives well. Mike was helpful in sales and finance and found a good deal.

We purchased a 2000 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer in February. We live in Las Vegas and drove down just to purchase this vehicle. They have a clause that says if you find something majorly wrong with the vehicle within 500 miles, you can bring it back and they'll fix it. We used up most of that mileage driving it back to Las Vegas. The check engine light came on as we were driving back to Las Vegas. While it was parked on the side of our house, we also noticed what we thought was an oil leak. We just had time to take it in to get it checked. It is going to cost $7000 to fix everything wrong with this car! Leaks everywhere, and a long laundry list of other issues. I have to believe they knew what was wrong and did something unethical with the computer/check engine light to have it off during the sales process. BUYER BEWARE. I'm going to complain to the BBB also about this dealer. UNETHICAL!

Drove from Cali for what looked like a good deal on a vehicle. The seller did not disclose check engine lights, stored codes, rust and a broken sunroof. When I figured out that the motor was warped due to overheating, the sales rep tried to tell me I was getting a great deal on a warranty (which it would have been for a viable car). BUYER BEWARE

My girlfriend and I purchased a 2000 Tacoma from Matt. About a week into the purchase the truck started having issues running. We contacted Matt and he was quick to help get the situation under control. All of the problems were addressed and the truck is now running like a champ. I have not shopped at a used car/truck lot in a long time and I would definitely recommend Courtesy Auto Sales to anyone in the Verde Valley area! They treated us great and have a really nice selection of trucks to choose from.
