I inquired inventory and was rudely treated. Didn’t get the guys name but it’s a shame how customer service is nowadays

I dropped my truck off with Scott two weeks ago to assess a return issue after a recent repair. I have called for updates 3-5 times and have been blown off and told someone would follow up. No calls. No answers to the calls now. I will continue to escalate this matter until Scott calls.

I would advise against using this team for any service needs.

They replaced a leaking rear axle seal on our truck under warranty. Two days later the same seal started leaking again. Truck has to go back in again to have it replaced correctly.
