My daughter ordered the bbq chicken. I tried it when she was almost finished. It was chewy and undercooked. Next day she had severe food poisoning. A great way to start our vacation.
Thanks a lot

Poor excuse for breakfast. Cold powdered eggs, deep fried potato chunks that were pretty good, and barely heated English muffin. Coffee was decent. Service was almost too fast, but friendly wait staff.

Stetson Chopped salad was da bomb. Highly recommend. Very unique with cous cous and the best part was the buttermilk pesto dressing
Good spot to have a bite in between flights ️ Calm atmosphere. You could work or simply relax here.
4/5 stars I remember the menu being so much larger before. Prices have gone up, however the food was quality.

Terrible service. When you’re a restaurant at the airport you have to know people are not coming to a restaurant to chill and they want to eat and leave to catch their flight. We went in at 11: 25 and the server didn’t come to our table until around 11: 35. Finally he stopped by just to say he’s helping another few tables and will be with us in a bit. I was actually super shocked at this type of ignorant behavior at the airport and I wasted 15 minutes of my time when I could have gone somewhere else.

Ate here while waiting for our flight. After 20 minutes the waiter brought 2 meals and said we are waiting on the other 2. The Rueben sandwich was so spicy I could only eat half of it. I had to drink my water and my husband's water because the waiter was ignoring us. After we finished the 2 meals he brought we asked how much longer and he wasn't that concerned. We finally asked for our bill because obviously the other 2 meals were never coming. Don't eat here unless you aren't on a schedule.

I visit here every other day. I’ve heard numerous times that the food is exceptional for airport eateries.it’s truly pretty good, the Stetson Chop and Ruben are my personal favs as well as the breakfast sandwich.

Went here with 4 people while waiting for our flight. Two of the meals came out after about 20 minutes. Both of them were luke warm at best. After waiting another 20 minutes and the other two meals still had not come out. We asked the waiter how much longer. He said a couple more minutes. Fifteen minutes go buy so 35 minutes total after the 1st two meals came out we went and found our waiter and told him we did not want the other 2 meals. It sounded like they hadn't started the other 2 meals. What a let down. The two luke warm meals cost $40.00. All 4 of us left extremely dissatisfied, especially the two that didn't get there meals.

Got seated before breakfast ended and got ignored for 25 minutes and missed breakfast, not GF friendly. Waiter was terrible. If I could give negative stats for service, he would get one.

Nice food, disappointed by lack of gunfights. That’s the TSA for ya. By the name I wasn’t sure if it would be steaks or pasta, but it’s kind of neither.

This was a refreshingly quiet place to stop for something to eat in terminal 4 (next to gate B22) of the Phoenix Airport. It wasn't very busy (12: 30 - lunch time). The waiter was attentive, and the food was seriously wonderful! Our wait between ordering and getting our food was short. It is not inexpensive by any standard, but worth it because the flavor is great. I got the Ciao burger, my husband got the fried chicken sandwich. Both came with fries, which were also good. Everything was made to order and served hot. Weirdly enough this place does not have straws, but they do have a full bar for those who want that. There is also a small grab and go next to the restaurant. I would stop here again if I were traveling through Phoenix.

This place is a hard meh. If this place we're anywhere but the airport they would not exist. Only because of the sheer lack of choice do they exists. Terrible selection. Terrible menu, lousy food. Dirty as Fkkk.

I was dining at Cowboy Ciao a couple weeks ago and the hostess dropped some dishes behind our table. My colleague and I were covered in salsa from the incident. The hostess didn’t say anything about the incident. The manager, Brad was very apologetic and took down our information for reimbursement of our jackets that were damaged during the incident. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard from their claims department.

Was seated, then waited, and waited and waited. Staff walking round but not engaging customers. No-one even asked if I wanted a menu or drinks. Got up and walked out!

While thinking about writing a review, I asked myself what could have been different to rate more stars. I couldn't think of anything so.five stars it is.
I love a good salad and ledge but with all the stuff! They allowed me to customize their Ceasar salad and it was awesome. The bartender, audio my waiter, was nice and service was very good. Would definitely visit again.if only I can remember where they're located when I'm in the airport again.

Definitely the best place to eat at Phoenix airport. Its got upbeat country music, a great range of filling Mexican food and the usual array of drinks. Staff were helpful and the food came quickly which was handy if you are running late for a flight. Well worth a stop and way cheaper than buying your way into a lounge.

The worst airport restaurant experience I've ever had. I ordered a salad and soup. Server forgot my soup. The salad was not a salad. It was weird and gross. It was supposed to be arugula with chicken and cous cous. There was such a tiny amount of arufukay that you can't really call it a salad. The male server in his twenties called me sweetheart the whole time.

Worst Rueben sandwich I’ve had. And I‘ve had a lot. Woman delivering food insists on touching you and being very close. Gross. Not crazy busy but took 15 minutes to get my check. Totally unacceptable for airport restaurant. McDonalds is a much better bet and I don’t eat McDonalds.

FYI, this place is located at the American airlines terminal 4 near gate B20.

That said, and despite the fact that the place wasn't crowded at all when i arrived (1pm), service was really slow. I even had to get up and grab some napkin myself, since nobody was around too all. No soda refill offered either, until i was done reading and ready to leave (to late for that now folks).

Food was good at least. I ordered the Ciao burger and the meat tasted like if it was made fresh there. Be careful though as they tend to put this spicy jalapeno mayo everywhere.

Had breakfast, very limited menu (4 things) all pretty much the same. Food wasn’t great, plastic utensil's… you can tell they have no competition.
