Don't call Cox don't use the online service from Cox go to the store I just dealt with Enrique rojo at the southern store and he made everything simple. What other people should have done on the phone or when the technician came he took care of and 30 seconds and it didn't cost me anything. This is a great store.

Had to go to the Cox Store to exchange a remote that wasn't working and to pick up 2 more boxes for other rooms in the house. The process was fairly fast, & the Staff was Great! They took care of what I needed & had me on my way!

The internet goes out so often, I have so much time to write this, & in silence. They say it's going to be out for 6 hours. Why is it so hard to find reliable anything?

Slow Internet connection. Blanks Out Anytime During A movie, No Matter what plan more to upgrade services not any better rude customer service makes it hard for u to pay your bills

Purchased 2 pixel 8 phones online, received them in 3 days on a Friday along with two sim cards. Did what was needed to activate the phones, did not care for the phones, took them back to the store manager. I told him I intended to purchase a different phone elsewhere. I let him know I wanted to keep my 15 year old numbers. When t-mobile attempted to transfer the numbers to new phones (over) a period of three days we finally figured out the previous phones had been turned off and numbers impossible to retrieve. Today I received two more Sim cards from Cox.

Help was great, agent pleasant and professional. The best way to get customer service is definitely the store. Chat and calling cox support is a shot in the dark.

The men that work there are just mannequins, no one really knows anything and you're just referred to the 800 number of you have an issue. This facility should be titled a pick up location for equipment, that's all it's really good for.

Short staffed. Rude staff. Staff playing on their phones while customers waited. Horrible experience would not recommend this to my worst enemy.

I never had a problem with this particular place until recently, I use their services for our home and recommended it to my mother. The 100.00 service fee for first-time users had been paid before, and I paid it myself when I set up services for my parents. The problem was my parents' address couldn't be found as a previous customer. Long story short, they found it and charged nothing for a great technician, Guillermo, to set up cable services.

After 4 long and frustrating conversations with Cox reps on the phone, I ended up with a much higher monthly cost than I'm currently paying and couldn't get Internet turned on for 3 weeks! I ended up postponing my movers a week but still would have been looking at 2 weeks without Internet. As a last resort, I went into a store and OH MY GOD, I will never call Cox again for anything. I met with a rep named Chris who was great but everyone seemed super helpful. About 15 min later I left with a free modem, $30 less per month and the internet ready to turn on tomorrow.

I am still blown away by how different the experience was and seriously regret not going to the store to begin with. However, I cannot recommend them highly enough if you need to set up or transfer your internet!

Brennan is amazing! He is so kind and personable and really willing and wanting to help out. I went in to see about adjusting my services/monthly bill and he really went above and beyond for me. I left the store feeling like a valued and happy customer. I’m sending everyone I know to him, go see him and you won’t regret it! Thank you Brennan!

I recently moved to a new apartment, so for the past 2 weeks since I moved in the Wi-Fi was working great. I got around to turning in the old equipment from my old apartment, after I turn in my old equipment they decided to delete my account completely and shut off my Wi-Fi with no notice. After calling 3 separate times and being on the phone for over four hours, along with going to the COX store 4 times over the course of two days the Wi-Fi issue was STILL not resolved. I work from home and am in school online, so I decided to cancel. I will never be using cox again. You can find a better deal and working internet at Verizon!

Never deal with Cox. I've had 5 internet providers over 20 years, and this is by far the worst. They charge double the competition for half the service, and they will do everything they can to make your life hell. I firmly believe their leadership literally hate their customers.

Cancelled, moved, and still getting fraudulently charged six months later. I have "officially" cancelled the account three times now, with the transcripts and calls saved as evidence. Cox continues to make fraudulent charges. Next step is legal action. Disgusting company, and the speeds were never even half of what was advertised.
