Laundromat Coyote reviews
12Machine didn’t rinse my clothes and the worker made sure to run it for me for free again and took care of my issue quickly no hesitation! Also very friendly
First time here (my washer at my house broke). And Michelle is great! I feel comfortable here. Prices went up in the past few years since I was a single mom. (Each load is $2.50; dryers are $. 50¢/6 minutes)
But that’s normal these days. They are friendly here, have front and back parking options. Clean facility is a plus.
Clean, plenty of machines and varieties for load sizes, attendant on duty to assist with whatever you need, uses quarters and there are plenty of change machines
There's a little bit of a mildew smell in some of the older washers.
A couple of quarters more expensive per load than elsewhere but they always have vacant machines.
They vend dryer sheets, fabric softener and detergent for your convenience
They will exchange your money for smaller tender to use the quarter-dropper-outter machine-a-majiggyon the wall.
Very neighborly place to get your laundry done in peace.
My experience with Coyote Wash has been deeply distressing. Despite paying full price for the washing of my business's rags, they entirely overlooked my specific instructions to wash and fold the rags separately. After an uncommunicated three-day wait, I was stunned to find that my rags had not been separately washed nor folded.
Exacerbating my frustration, the attendant on duty displayed an extreme lack of professionalism. My attempts to understand why my instructions had been neglected were met with dismissive responses, uninformed excuses, and uncalled-for sighs, creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere.
In light of this disappointing experience, I strongly advise against engaging with this business.
Particularly, the red rags, designated for restroom use, should never be mixed with other colors to avoid cross-contamination. As a result of their negligence, I am now forced to dispose of all these rags to maintain proper hygiene and safety standards.
Adding salt to the wound, the lack of an available contact number to seek a refund or file a complaint has left me with no other option but to voice my concerns online.
The lady who works here was super nice. She is always busy. The place has plenty of seats, and it's overall quiet. I didn't see any homeless people hanging out outside, so it seems like a safe place. There are two entrances so there is plenty of parking as well. I definitely will be back. Thanks for the great service!
Thank you for helping me get ready for out of town company before and after the visit. Great wash and fold service.
Quiet. Clean. Great attendant! Highly recommended as there are several machine sizes and all affordable!
Used to be decent. But today 1/2 the machines were out of order. Never ever buy Maytag commercial. They're built to break nowadays. We have them broken all the time in our condo complex. Manager was nice to pay $4 for two different machines to get my spin dry because my clothes were stuck on wash in dbl load machine for 2hrs and it leaked water.
I was in & out pretty fast. They had a lot of machines out of order, but there were still plenty!
Almost half of their machines don’t work! 19 TOTAL ARE OUT OF ORDER! This is ridiculous! Place as busy AF too so bad to wait to wash and dry!
This place was so crowded. Maybe it wouldn’t be if half of the machines weren’t out of service. Did they all break at the some time?
