Cracker Barrel Old Country Store reviews
13Had a Thanksgiving dinner after we got home from out of town Thanksgiving, and it was awesome. Thank you for being great food I can turn to when I don't wanna cook
The Thanksgiving meal was very weak, not only were the proportions very small the food was ice cold and they ran out of bread and biscuits and all of us left hungry. A Swanson's Frozen TV dinner would have been better
I ordered and payed online only to waste my whole lunch waiting for no food I had to leave and couldn’t wait to be refunded in the store
Great food, love browsing in the gift shop. Made the brief wait so worthwhile. Staff was wonderful. Next time I will take pictures of my food.
One of our families favorites. The food is really delicious and the shopping is fun. They always have such great things to choose from.
Food was awful. Service exceptionally slow. Way under staffed. Cooks seemed to be all trainee's.
Good service! We were there around 4pm. Had grilled chicken strips and meat loaf both delicious. Bathrooms needed cleaned. No Neccos
Ordered one of the take and bake Thanksgiving meals, this is our second year doing that for the holiday. They have a fantastic process for pre-ordering, slot scheduling, and pick up. It's so easy, and the employees both years have been super nice. They have everything ready to go, you just have to arrive at your scheduled time. We plan on doing this every Thanksgiving because it takes away the stress of cooking everything. Plus, the food is awesome and easy to heat up! Our family appreciated all the hard work of your employees, as it made our Thanksgiving great!
Went for dinner tonight and Gina was the best! We are picky about our food and the service we receive, but Gina was sweet, prompt and courteous throughout and catered to our whims. She said she was new, yet did better then other servers we have had in the past! Will come back and ask for you, Gina! Great job!
I took my mom out for dinner. Her shrimp was way over cooked, my cod filets were mushy and so were the carrots and green beans. The fries and coleslaw were okay. Not a good eating out experience.
They were having a hard time with running out of products, no hash browns, food was ok but I'm not rushing back! My friend was really mad her food was cold.
This Cracker Barrel needs to send there employees back to customer service training. The staff has a horrible phone customer service. If you want to be irritated I would not go to this restaurant.if you want to go order, expect to wait an hour or more. The chicken fried steak was tough and rubbery. And the food wasn't even hot.
Good food. I had southern fried chicken, corn muffins with Mac & cheese. There are 8 RV parking spots. When we pulled in, 2 spots were occupied by RVs. The remainder of the spots were taken by cars. Plenty of regular parking spots for cars around the restaurant to fit a few 40ft motorhomes. That's what we did. Hey if cars take up RV spots, why can't RVs take up car spots?
