Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Prescott Valley AZ

This restaurant has really earned my continued patronage through the exemplary quality of the food and service. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Too slow, we waited 2 and a half hour to wait for our order. The TABLE NEXT TO US GOT THEIR ORDER WITHIN 15 MINUTES! Worst service I “EVER” had. Our first & last time coming here

Good, blueberry pancake breakfast w/ bacon and small cheese grits. It was fine, but I requested well done crispy bacon. I was in AZ trying to eat and fly to LA my time was comprised because I had to send the half cooked bacon back. I still CB!

Went in for my quarterly fix of Chicken Livers and Okra. Low and behold, to my surprise, they’ve changed their great menu to a much more limited one. Needless to say we left due to my hungering for the livers, which used to be the best around. Disappointed in their new menu, but gave them a three due to the hostess and server both being phenomenal and understanding why we decided not to stay.

The food was good. But when I got there at about 430 it was not busy at all. I look at the menu and decided. Then for some reason the wait staff kept walking past me and gossiping right in front of me for a long time. I guess it was gossip break before it got busy. BAD SERVICE!

They handled the crowds quite well on Thanksgiving. People were seated relatively soon, given the backup. Table service was good too. The food was as expected and the Turkey special was quite tasty. Very pleasant experience!

Delicious as usual and reasonably priced. Service was great too. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the hashbrown casserole tasted like nothing but raw onion.

Good place to stop when traveling. Lots of food for the price. They are really busy most times so you will have to be patient.

Great food and large portions. There is a little hostess there that works her but off and went out of her way so we had a table to watch our dogs in the car.

1 star, Because you have to. In town for the courthouse square lighting and around 8: 15pm arrived at Cracker Barrel. Waited 30 minutes to be seated. Understand, everybody wanted some comfort food after being in the cold. Once seated, waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Busy, no worries, not that customer. Waitress greeted us by asking for patience as the manager sent home half the wait staff because it was slow. Get it, not sure I understand how a manager could do that, especially with the festivities going on? Maybe not aware of the festivities? The waitress took our drink order, 1 son had a sprite, other ordered a chocolate milk, wife and I sodas. About 2 minutes later she returns and explains that the milk is expired. Thank you for not serving that! Son asked for hot cocoa, out she said? He settles for water. We all order, without going into to much detail. One son ordered fried chicken strips, all the rest of us ordered meals with the world famous Hash Brown Casserole! Double order for my 2 side:) Approximately 55 minutes later a completely different waitress brings the plates to the table explaining there is no Hash Brown Casserole, What? If it didn’t happen to me I would never have believed it. She literally asked us if we wanted some other sides with the plates minus the casserole in her hands. Needless to say, I offered to pay for our drinks and the manager came over and comp’d the drinks. You think? Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever encountered.

I hadn't been to cracker barrel in many years. The food was good, the prices were good.but the service here was amazing. You can tell they're short staffed. The servers were running at full speed to cover the huge amount of Sunday morning guests- but they kept big smiles on their faces and managed to give everyone a good experience. A+.

My daughter and I went for lunch today at prescott valley location. I was sooo disappointed. We waited at least 35 minutes for our meal. We had to finally ask the server where are food was. He came out with it right away. Because it was sitting under the heating lights. Temperature of the food wasn't hot. And it very dry. I WAS SO VERY DISAPPOINTED. I'll think twice about going to this Cracker Barrel again. Sitting was quick and tea was really good. But that's about it

It's one of our special places we love to go to for a wonderful atmosphere and great food at good cost! The staff is so friendly! We just love it!

We are frequent customers at Cracker Barrel so we expect good food, service, and cleanliness. Our breakfast was great with exception of the sampler ham, sausage patties and bacon, all of which were all dry. The server was very friendly but poor service. It took 18 minutes to get a cup of coffee and it wasn't busy and it was put on table hard. The refill took long, as well as jelly. We give grace because things happen, but not a good way to start the day. Thankfully we were only visiting and it's not our local one.

We frequent Cracker Barrel often with amazing food and servjce. EXCEPT TONIGHT!

We arrived as a party of six, table was set and ready but the hostess, Karina, refused to seat us despite the fact that I could not stand for long after having knee replacement surgery one week ago. My wife sat on the floor and this didn't phase the staff.

So much for empathy or any consideration of accommodation to loyal customers.it'll be a long time before we consider coming back here, jf ever again.

NO EXCUSES!

Watch this place, the servers have been instructed to lie to you if ask for a straw for your drink. First they lie by telling you they are out of them and then they tell you they can only give them out to children. After being lied to twice we just got up and walked out without ordering.

Three of us went to eat a meal there, food was good and hospitality too. The store was getting ready for Christmas celebrations selling Christmas trees ans all Christmas celebration things, a pleasant evening.

Prices keep going up & portion sizes are smaller, meatloaf was sliced the thickness of deli lunch meat, never had it like that before. Waitress was wonderful, cashier shouldn't ask you how everything was & if you got full if they don't want to know the truth. Maybe we'll be back.maybe we won't

Still good. Still plenty of things to look at in the store. Still have that golf tee game on the table. Still have friendly staff.
