Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Mesa AZ

I called prior to my arrival and asked if social distancing was observered. They said they were but when we arrived they placed us between three tables that were occupied disappointed in their lie

This is the worst Cracker Barrel I have ever been to. I ordered a takeout order and my food was cold this is second time this has happened.

They don't serve pork chops anymore at least not for breakfast. Portions are way smaller too but what's new. Always delicious tho

What can i say folks, the survives exalent, the food
just delicious. If anyone not been to Cracker Barrel for lunch or dinner you missing great delicious meals. I can't wait for my next out there.

Absolutely loved being able to join the "waitlist" ahead of time. Food was delicious. Staff was attentive. All in all, good times.

Food was delicious and hot. The server not so great. He forgot our drink refills and extra order of. A female manager walking by asked us if we needed anything. She immediately brought it to our table.

All the food we ordered was excellent. Staff was nice and helpful. Service was.slow, we waited for over 15 mins for our drinks.

We loved shopping here for Christmas, Santa, games, food, fudge and much more. Well worth the trip.

Always good food with that southern flare. Get there soon!

For those times when you just want to shop while you eat breakfast at the same time walking with your plate through the damn store things Cracker Barrel for letting me walk around with my food while I buy your expensive $50 glass flamingos that light up

Good fresh food. Cooked perfectly. Wednesday is my favorite, Cheddar chicken Broccoli Bake. And it was done perfectly! Yummy!

Matt was incredible and friendly! He made sure to great and talk with the little one at our table. The other servers couldn't get enough of her and everyone wanted to say a friendly hello. I have worked for this business before and I would say that their service has greatly improved and they are on their way to being the best around!

Always an excellent dining and shopping experience. The wait staff and friendly manager make for a lovely atmosphere.

Service was ok and the flavor was descent, but some of the portions were barely room temperature- the pork chop and hashbrowns cassarole

What happened to Cracker Barrel? It used to be so good and great staff, now the food was horrible and the staff was slow and inattentive. Very sad, we won't be dining here again.

Our Server was amazing, but some of the other staff seemed a little irritated and just not happy to be there.

The food is fantastic and really large portions, especially for the price. They have a ton of options.even for vegetarians. I ordered the shrimp, but my kids love their Mac and cheese (super creamy). There are a lot of side options that include healthier choices as well.

I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

I've been going to Cracker Barrel for many years with my family. Two and a half weeks ago we took friends for dinner. While paying, we were double charged, my wife showed the manager on her phone the double charge and she didn't believe us and made us feel like thieves. After All the humiliation and fighting this, we were only today reimbursed. Nothing was offered for our troubles, no apology, we will NEVER return, this company will not get another nickel from us.

The Apple butter is great, but you must ask, as they don't like to throw it away. (by the gallons, by putting it on every table)
The Bass, & your pick of sides, good variety.
Their dumpling are great. Try brussle/kale salad with pecan is unique.
B+, One downer, check the bathroom stall for T. P.before going in, or you'll have to call out to your friend.

Enjoyed the fried turkey. It was delicious. Was very disappointed in the service at our table. They weren't that busy when we went in. Our drinks were mixed up. For our corn muffins, grape jelly instead of the honey we asked for. Will probably try one more time to see if it is better.

I love this place! The food and atmosphere are awesome! Came here on turkey day to pick up a meal because, guess what, if you order in advance, they'll cook your turkey day dinner and you can come get it! My mother and I don't have a big enough kitchen to cook a big dinner but this food tastes homemade. If you need a special day family dinner or a good style breakfast, hit up this place.
Oh! And I just love the adorable gift shop. Best finds there.
