Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Kingman AZ

Poorly lit dinning area, extremely hard wood chairs and limited menu.side dish of two sausage links was $7 because most of the breakfast meals only come with ham. No alcohol available, poorly cooked eggs.waitress and cashier very friendly.

Good but not spectacular; food was cooked well but i wasn't impressed with the flavor of the country gravy. It was rather bland. Otherwise the food was good. The fried chicken was tasty and crisp, but still juicy inside. The "loaded baked potato" was far from loaded, with barely any toppings to be found.

Our waiter, Eric, however, was second to none. He was very attentive, despite a full dining room that kept him constantly busy, and his attitude and personality were great! He alone upped a pretty average 3 star rating to a 4 star experience.

Cracker Barrels are habitually good places to dine. This time was no exception, the food was very good, the staff was extremely polite and courteous, and the choices-both edible and wearable-was good. My only issue was the number of patrons strolling around without masks, despite the highly visible signs requiring them. You could have put a little more effort into inforcement.

There are some good inexpensive meals to be had.the service is usually good the food is usually good. I have recently heard people complain that the food, service and prices are not good.
I can honestly say for the most part I have not experienced that.

It's a traditional Cracker Barrel. If you came for a Cracker Barrel you will get what you came for.

We had a surver who was rushing us and rude the food was ok, wish I got to look at the menu long but was not given a minute, but it was clean and everything was cute loved the decor I just think the surver was haveing a bad day.there were some really nice things in the shop

Usually I love shopping at Cracker Barrel. Today was the exception. Being asked if I need help once is ok. Being asked 3 or more times. I'm annoyed. There was too much help in the store pushing people to buy product. And then the pushed again once you are at the register. I'm not sure I will be back.

I was just traveling through Kingman and so glad i stopped here for dinner. They were super busy and i got my order super fast. The halibut was cooked just right, tastey vegetables and delicious cornbread and honey. The servers were all so welcoming helpful and polite. A great place!

Went to breakfast with 5 friends. I had French toast the worst I have ever has wasn't regular bread either. None of my friends liked their food either, sucks for the price.

I could walk around this store for hours! The food is good. The service usually lack. Restaurant area could be kept cleaner!

I cannot think of any other restaurant that has the quality a food that these people do. The quality of food, the warmth of the atmosphere, the nice lighting, and the variety of food. Not to mention the cool little gift store attached. Hands down my very favorite place to eat.

Service was slow, waitress got our entire order wrong. Eggs tasted like they were old and recooked several times over. Bacon tasted stale. Terrible experience all around.

Kathrine was amazing, the food was fantastic, and the prices are surprisingly inexpensive for the high quality of food and service. Amazing down home feel.

I always eat at Cracker Barrel’s in Phoenix AZ, I have never had such a bad experience like here in Kingman location I got there they told me 15 minutes then another 15 minutes a hour went by nothing they kept calling other groups 2,4,6 etc probably at least 30 groups where cold so I just left went next door to IHOP and was seated within 7 minutes. Honestly I felt I was discriminated against us will not return. By the way wonderful at IHOP next door to them.

We stopped by this Cracker Barrel while on a vacation road trip. Pretty much the same exact Cracker Barrel experience as every one we have been too. Very good quality control by the company. I recommend the pancakes, biscuits, sausage, fried chicken, chicken and dumplings, and the fried apples. Pretty much everything is good. Do not eat this type of food regularly or you will become obese.

Very typical Cracker Barrel, very decent food with friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Reasonably quick service and good prices. Was there for dinner, was able to easily put together a low carb meal so I was happy. Everyone was happy with the meal.

I love this place so much! The servers are super friendly and the food is amazing, I love the country vibe and love coming to this place!

Cracker Barrel offers tons of AWESOME gifts. The environment is cozy. Restaurant & bathrooms neat & clean. The experience was wonderfully pleasant.

Waiter was very friendly but the food was ok. It came out barely warm and a couple people I was with had to send their food back because the eggs weren't cooked all the way.

Great service, excellent food. If you like pancakes and tiny bottles go for breakfast, they give you your syrup in a little glass bottle. Only complaint was the hot chocolate was a little watery.
