Craig Shell's the New Solution / Alcoholism & Addiction Assistance Association reviews
9 This is the #1 place to stay sober. I got sober in 4/25/2015 and l came to this clean and very welcome place. They helped me thru my hard times and when they notice the difference in me they immediately told me that they want me on their staff. I became their assistant on 12/11/2016 and there on l am running the new solution. Thank you to all the staff and to all my clients. Being sober and clean and l love to help another addict and alcoholic to get where they need to be.
Thank you again and l love all of you!
Look elsewhere. This place is only concerned about $$$. I had a client that I placed here offered drugs on her 3rd day here. Red flags should go off immediately!
This place is special.if you are serious about getting sober and getting your life moving in the right direction, this is the place to do it. They have exactly what is needed here to help you be successful. I have lived in many recovery homes in the early days while trying to get sober.most are flop houses with no real structure or guidance. I've been sober well over 6 years now, freed from the insanity of addiction, and this place has played a huge role in changing my life
Awful place doesn't help you at all. I was kicked out today because I couldn't find a job. The person told me they help but when I got there all she said was go out and network.
They just hung up on me after I asked my question.how is it your job to help people but when it comes to needing help you hang up.very unprofessional on their end.
I enjoy the CA meeting. They use popsicle sticks with topics to share about as they go around tag each other.
Just called this place attempting to ask questions about what they offer. I was hung up on after one question. Thanks for offering no solutions. Trying to get help for a family member is hard when you don't even know what to ask for from someone on the other end of the phone.
This place helped me so much, they even went to court with me. So many super caring people here, Jeff B and Nancy will always be pillars in the way to recovery. They got me "involved" in the surrounding community such as volunteer work for Cass and a stretch of highway which I am grateful for today. I have much love for this halfway house! !
