Crazy Jim's Restaurant (Washington Street)

Absolutely fantastic service and food. The owner is so friendly and I get the feeling that if anything was wrong they would make it right.but they have always nailed it!

What happened? Was one of the best, now bordering on adverage. Staff still awesome, food still fresh. Just seem to have lost that yummy effect. If it stays this way, it will lose another star.

We visited Crazy Jim's while in Phoenix for a business conference & it was amazing! The owner made us feel welcome & checked back frequently to make our breakfast delightful. We returned the next day! Portions were so generous that we skipped lunch!

Crazy Jim's is a great place to eat when you're downtown. Every dish I've tried had always been tasty. Lots of options to satisfy every member of the dining party.

I’ve had the opportunity to see this place packed and slow and the customer service is amazing. Whether it’s wrestling a storm of people and turning food out on time, or making sure each customer feels welcome! 10/10 I’m a fan ️

The service here is fast and friendly. Always a good place for a yummy sandwich and huge rice krispie treats!

Friendly staff. But NO INTERNET! And no real half and half for coffee, only fake coffee creamer full of chemicals, yuk. Food was decent, figure on $15-20 getting out of there with drink And tip. NOT value prices. I do NOT plan to go back.

The owner was soooooo friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating. The staff was very kind. The food was so delicious reminded me of back home, while I was on business. I went two days in a row. ️Will be back whenever I am in Phoenix. Thank you

Crazy Jim's is a great spot. I ordered the Jalapeno burger with fries and a coke. The food is homestyle cooking. Delicious and fast. The service is good and the staff is friendly! I would recommend. I can't wait to go back.

I typically enjoy this place, however after today’s experience I won’t going back. I waited for over 45 minutes for a salad that was never made. Various tables with bigger parties who arrived after me were served burgers etc.before anyone at my table even got a refill of water or an update on status. After being told several times that our salads were almost ready my table left. When we told the waitress, in front of the owner we were leaving, he just ignored us while the waitress said sorry. He also ignored our table and hugged other people while we were waiting on refills of water that never came. It seems like you have to know the owner to get served here. If you don’t know the owner, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Expensive to say the least. We had for some reason no sauce on our chicken subs. Also the pizza we got was super small. Our bill was more than 50 bucks. Don't think we will be back here.

This place is so awesome! I came here with my husband Max, and we love this place the server Katrina was such an amazing person. She had such a good attitude brought us amazing food and she was professional. I am definitely coming back because she made us feel like this was a home.

Crazy Jims serves excellent food and provides unbelievable service. GrubHub did not deliver my order from Crazy Jims and after the order sat on their shelf for over an hour they called me and decided to deliver the food themselves, that is rare ethical behavior that deserves 6 stars if I could provide 6 stars, they have earned it. Thanks especially to the owners.
