For a specialty pedicure it was less than 30min. Most salons are close to an hour with massage, callus remove and sugar scrub. When she finished painting, I looked at my toes and she left multiple edges of my nails unpainted. When I asked her to finish painting the rest of the nails (5 needed to be touched up) she said oh well your nails curve, pretty sure most toe nails have a slight curve. I can see from my seat that you missed huge portions of my nail and you are much closer to my feet than I am. She left a few nails with color shadows and one with an indent. They also didn’t have the air on, Thermostat said 85 degrees! Definitely not worth $33+ tip

Nail tech was in such a rush and so harsh on my hands (filing, preping to fill and repair the broken nails) I sat crying.
She didn't speak with me while doing my nails. She was way to busy watching and listening to the other tech's with their clients.
Will NOT! Go back.

Went in for a gel manicure. The environment is nice enough. They weren't all that busy, but it felt like the nail technician was rushing throughout my whole service. He didn't speak much, which is fine - but he just seemed so hurried and the final product is a testament to that. My nails are fine, but not really $35 worth of fine. He left the sides/edges uneven and didn't smooth out the tips of my nails well. There are some paint around the outside of my nails and it looks like a fiber got stuck in one nail and he didn't bother to take it out. Most of my complaint is the fine details of the paint job itself. It didn't need to be rushed so badly. This was my first time, and likely my last.

Went today and the job I had done is horrible I said long coffin style and He filed so much he left them short and filed more on one side so you can imagine the job he did and there was no one there so he had the time to make my nails how I asked I will never go there again! And to say he has 25 year experience bs!

Very clean. Used new files on me.even the dremmel. But rushed through my pedicure. And parts of my polish wasnt cured.

I stopped in last week for a mani pedi while on vacation, my polish is all bubbled. I called to tell them and I was told to call back.

Dave is excellent. Does my nails just right. I just wish they had more up to date OPI colors. Fills are reasonably priced. Good Customer Service.

Really pushy! I was transferred to different techs 3 times, really annoying! My pedi I got the most expensive package &it was not what it should of been. My nails were a perfect color for the Wedding I was attending but they were cracked 6 out of my 10 nails. Then they only lasted 4 days before popping off. I spent over $130 before tips, this shop VALUES QUANTITY OVER QUALITY! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I love this place! The ambience is perfect for a spa get away. They're so gentle on my nails. I never get the sales pitch to upgrade anything. I get exactly what I want no questions asked, excellent customer service, beautiful nails and a peaceful spa atmosphere.

Was not incredibly thrilled with my first visit. The manicure was not very neat, cuticles considerably sloppy. I do not feel that I received the quality vs.what they charge for services.

On Saturday afternoon waiting about 10 minutes and was told it would be another 5 minutes. Than came back and said another 15 minutes wait. I left but called back to see if they would put me down on their list for 15 minutes and I won’t have to wait. They said yes come back in 15 minutes and I won’t have to wait. I went back and they got my feet in water but that’s it. No one to work on my feet. Needless to say I left and won’t be back. What a waste of an hour.

Absolutely love my experience here this my first time here, even though I didn't have an appointment they gave me a lovely warm welcome! My nails look so wonderful and lovely not only their service here is amazing beyond my expectations! Interior is very clean and well-kept!

The man was very nice, but he over filed my personal nails, cut my cuticles and skin at the nail line, and burned my fingertips so bad that I had to remove the nails and keep them off for a month.

Such a very friendly salon! Plenty of time was taking care of and they have affordable pricing! Very relaxing and they paid to such great detail to my nails! My acrylic full set is perfect!

I love this place. Reasonably priced and the service that came with my pedicure was absolutely perfect.

Lady did a good job on my manicure. Polishes my nails perfectly and didn't get any the the polish on my skin. Also did a fine job shaping and trimming my nails.

Sanitary and beautiful salon. The price for. Manicure here is reasonable and the service that came with it was perfect.

I went here to get my nails done for a special event, I needed them to last at least a week or two so I got gels which typically last for at least three weeks. Got my nails done here on the 11th and the day after my gels were already chipped and cracked in mere hours an all I did was drive home.the day after I went back, they fixed it only for my nails to crack again two days later and this stuff is supposed to last at least 27 days (from the bottle). Really upset as I didn't want messy nails for my event and for the price I paid It should have been much better as I have had gel done at other places that have last me three weeks or more.

Did it such an outstanding job on my nails! Really creating wonderful shape and design! Not only I felt very comfortable and relaxed and side their Salon! Not only they're so friendly and wonderful
