Creek Valley Health Clinic, Colorado City AZ

I came to this practice due to moving closer to this location. The physician that I saw was Dr. W Williams and he was phenomenal. All the staff was super patient with me (my two year old was not having a good day). He took time to hear my concerns. I love that he doesn't like to bandaid everything. He actually wants to find the root of the problem rather than treat the symptoms.

Office staff are pleasant to deal with. Able to make appointments same day. Interesting items posted in waiting room. Very informative. Providers and clinical staff’s are quick and efficient. Creek Valley is on time with schedules. Short wait times.

Best clinic I’ve ever visited. As a mom of 2 young kiddos and the the last few years we’ve had - I’ve made quite a few visits. Always a great experience. Doctors are thorough, kind and patient. Consistently the whole experience from making an appointment to being seen by a Doctor and even paying the bill is made easy by them everything seems very well organized and runs smoothly. I recently moved and now drive my kids 3 hours to this clinic to make sure they get the care they deserve and need. I Have never gotten this kind of care anywhere else. I will continue to come here- instead of waiting 3 hours in an urgent care where I live now, I’ll drive here to Creek Valley where I am heard and the experience and knowledge is next to none. Dr. Williams and Dr. Bennett talk directly to my kids and make sure all bases are covered before they leave our appointment. I’m always asked if there’s anything else and given time for questions and concerns.the staff is always amazing and willing to help. I always leave knowing I have had the best care. I trust and am grateful this clinic and their staff.

Dr Williams was very thorough and kind and helped me a lot. I'm glad to have him as a local doctor and the staff were very kind and helpful as well.

This place is actual magic. The care feels like I am paying a full staff to personally know and care for my family but the cost to do it is the least expensive medical services that I've ever come across. They do so many little extra things that make my family love their experience. For newborn babies they test billi levels without all of the pokes and blood, for my toddlers they get them hyped about health and wellness, like sending them home with a vegge gift card to the local market. This place is 10 out of 5!

I was quite hesitant to begin seeing the staff here. However, I finally decided to take a leap of faith and see where it led. From the first appointment to the most recent, I have been delighted, especially with Dr. Williams, who absolutely goes the extra mile (or two) every time. I'm grateful that they listen to me and take extra steps to provide professional, timely care, and make sure that I meet with just the right provider for my needs, (physical therapy, mental health, etc.) The staff messed up a bit with some bloodwork in the beginning, but they quickly remedied that and did not charge extra. Amazing that we have such a great place in our small town!

I have been going to this clinic for quite some time. I have always loved how friendly and inviting all the staff is. Lastly, even when my main doctor is out sick, they get me in as fast as they can to see another doctor. Great staff! Great Doctors! Keep up the good work.

Creek Valley Health Clinic has been so awesome to work with. All of the staff, doctors, and providers are not only friendly and approachable, but very proactive in making sure you get the care that you need!

Dr Ben Williams has been excellent with taking care of the medical needs of my children along with Dr Joanne Yarrish for my personal medical care as a woman. Came to be seen last minute on a Saturday morning. They were able to get me in right away, the clinic staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor listened to my needs and helped me get the medicine I needed.

I’ve been bringing my kiddos here since they opened. I was driving to Page for all my appointments and it was a whole day for one appointment. Since Creek Valley Health Clinic opened I switched here and the convenience of only taking 30 -45 minutes for an appointment has been amazing. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. I am so grateful to have them here!

It’s so easy to make appointments and they are super fast at getting people through. Great care I’m very glad we have a place like this serving our community.

My daughter had a really bad cough during Covid. They came out to our car and took such good care of us. I’ve also been in for checkups, they are always professional and friendly. We are so grateful to have this service in our community!

I do all my regular visits at CVHC. The staff is all extremely friendly and responsive when ever I have any problems or questions. I’ve seen both PAs here to manage my hypothyroidism.

I feel listened to and valued every time I go in, and any issue with prescriptions they handle for me very quickly (prior-auths go through in record time in my experience)
Additionally, I love their option to text, sometimes when my anxiety is getting the better of me I don’t like calling in to schedule appts or check on prescriptions going through - but with the option of a quick text I feel like I follow up on my health needs waaay better!
