Looks are deceiving with this place. It LOOKS to have all the bells and whistles but thats about it. I had 2 back to back incidents here where my child was hurt. I got no phone call, no incident report and the staff showed zero empathy. My child hates coming here so I pulled them out immediately after that. I cried because my child even seemed different here, quiet and shut down. I have NEVER seen my child get like that. Something happened here and they take no accountability. Look for a better place for your child cause this is not it.
