9Great staff, the ladies were very kind and helped me with all the questions I had about switching service. They recommended all the items I needed for my new phone and even offered a payment plan for the phone I wanted but couldn't afford. I've also had nothing but a good experience since switching over, I purchased the 60 plan which has not given me any buffering issues! I would highly recommend this store and service! Great phone selection, service, and affordable prices!
Good customer service but DONT I repeat Don’t buy the zizo earbuds they are horrible and you can’t get your money back!
I was adding a line to my account and purchasing a phone for my daughter. The person did a great job in assisting us. He was very helpful.
Customer service is now a lost art. This place is no exception. Anything to make a buck but no service to match. At least the store is clean
The worst customer service ever! Went in on a Saturday after to get a new phones for my kids and waited for over an hour without ever being acknowledged by the ONE employee there. ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON! Seen at least 5 other customers leave because they were tired of waiting too. The ONE employee there could not figure out how to log onto the WiFi much less active phones. She was laughing and joking on the phone trying to get “assistance” from corporate. We left and went to a competitor and were in and out in 30 minutes! Tried to find information to contact corporate to inform them of the issue and it’s not an option! Calling their 1-800 number was useless unless you want to pay a bill. The whole company is a joke and I’m glad I realized that before I gave them my money. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for your cellphone needs!
Arrived May 1st, 2019 mid afternoon to this location. My need was a new phone. My current phone had a cracked screen. Ineligible for a upgrade, I wanted to get the same phone. However, my phone was not in stock. (SAMSUNG JV7) The clerk recommended a Alcatel phone, and said it was a better phone. I accepted, and purchased the phone, case, screen protector etc. 200 dollars cash money. Turns out the phone was terrible, could not even play music. After 3 days of suffering, I decided to return the phone. I had everything but one of the boxes, so. I could not return it. Ok, my mistake. I did manage to get my old phone back in operation. Moral of the story, the lady up sold me a phone that cricket gives away. I take responsibility, and except the loss liter item. I would not trust this store, or it's "culture" ever again. Purchase a phone online, or go to a different cricket store. I hope the 200 dollar phone makes your bottom line look good, but as far as customer service or integrity, this store and the owner are bottom feeders. I really, hope the money put you over the top, and I did donate my 200 dollar free phone.to a veteran getting back on their feet. The return or loss of money is irrelevant, the integrity and process are very relevant. Fool me once.done. I wonder if the owner or (manager) has a clue, and if you really are the owner? Your reply demonstrates your focus, which is money. CAN YOU READ? I wish you luck, because you have no customer/ business skill. My fellow consumers, I hope you have a better experience. Check all options, and know that other options are available. I wish I never had to write or give a negative review. I hope this a unique experience, but really doubt it. Proceed with extreme caution.
I have got to say my Cricket on Sarival and Yuma have the best people ever. Eds always there to help with silly things I cant figure out and just met a newbie Elijah that was the best young dude I ever met for a 1st time. They always make time for you. U want courteous people go to Cricket in Goodyear Az.thx guys.
The worst customer service I’ve experience. Honestly, take your business to a Cricket Wireless that isn’t operated under A1 Wireless. You will be overcharged and even charged for things like sim changes which are actually free. They won’t help with phone related issues because you’re just a sale to them. I’ve taken my line of service to T-Mobile that was the best decision.
