They always give me great service I've been with him for about 15 years something like that I used to travel between here and Indiana and my boss had Verizon and I have cricket used to laugh at me because I had cricket turned out I had better service and he did with Verizon any left after that after you kept borrowing by phone so you can make calls LOL always been satisfied with cricket

Good and fast service. There were several people ahead of me that needed new service and they got them taken care of very fast. I was actually surprised at how quick they took care of new service customers. I thought I would have been standing in line for about thirty minutes but it was more like 10. I will be back to this location for sure. There is one closer to my house but im glad I came here instead.

They surprised me very much I couldn't believe how much help they gave me from deciding a Phone. To the right plan to have to ing me of the special in store merchandise sales. I'm very happy with Cricket.they really make you feel important that the possible sale you may them is very important to them! So they strive hard to meet your needs.the Cricket store I go to is 5147s. 12th ave Tucson Az 85706. The sales men are Arturo and the manager is Angle I rate the store as a 5. Awesome place to buy a phone or whatever you need at the moment.

Not all of my contacts transferred over and none of my settings or prior apps. I had my daughter who traveled from phoenix help transfer everything over after resetting the device again.

You go in there and there is always a nice smile with a good greeting and the people that work there always help you really fast and get exactly what you need done within 10 min. Or less. Also the worker Margarita Garcia is the reason why I feel so strongly positive about cricket and want to stay with this association
