17Manny and Cecilia ARE AMAZING! Sometimes I wish my phone would break just so we can go up there and see them. They're friendly, they're knowledgeable, bilingual and just plain awesome. I couldn't possibly say enough good things about them. Even if the service itself sucked, I'd still keep it for them.but it's great service too! I'm bringing up two more family members to join on our plan.
Tried to bring in new customer internet was out.couldn't call store because clerk said phone had been out for month not good while trying to get new phone for my friend and I am a customer myself
Have friendly employees just can't say the same for the manager. She always is trying to put her 2 cents into every conversation. We are seriously considering changing wireless service because of her.
Have yet to be disappointed with Cricket. The employees are helpful and I get the service I want. I also have the app which has never been a problem for me. I do auto pay and I don't have to worry about my bill.
Cricket recently lost one of its towers, resulting in 3G phones no longer being able to send/receive calls. The two young ladies working tonight (Yesenia and Jasmine? Im so sorry if i forgot your names already, its only been a few hours T. T) were positively amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and even stayed after closing to let my phone finish transferring to the new upgrade I got.
Add on top of that the inexpensive service and great quality, and I LOVE this location. Hats off to you guys!
My phone froze and I panicked because I had no idea how to fix it. I drove straight to the Cricket store and Yeimy helped me and my stress was gone in a minute! I really appreciate her!
Yasenia was great! Her customer service is outstanding! She helped me with everything I needed and answered all of my questions with expert knowledge. I walked out of there with a new phone and then some. I am extremely pleased. I recommend Yasenia at Cricket Wireless for all of your phone needs!

Crummy reception I lose reception where I live probably a week to a week and a half every month switching services
Wonderful experience as usual. Guided by a true professional whom was able to refer me to a great alternative selection since they no longer had the phone I orginaly wanted in stock. To be honest I'm glad they didn't. The phone I ended up purchasing seemed to be far superior that the other one. THANK YOU CRICKET!
I have been having Cricket for almist a year now and my service has been the worst. I have not been recieving calls, i have a lot of calls dropped, messages are delayed when i send them and my phone freezes and locks me out. I Went and purched a newer phone to see if maybe that was the problem while doing so i called my local Cricket store and told them i was purchasing a Galaxy A71 and wanted to know if i could have my sims switched to the new phone they informef me that the phone should be ok since it is a newer phone. After taking the phone to be turned on i also added on a line to my old phone as a at home emergency phone. I paid my regular bill of $55 and paid a additional$67 to have a new number put on the other phone before i left the store the girl made a test call and the phones where working by the time i made it home my new phone would not work and kept saying suspended account since my local cricket was closed i waited till morning i called customer service they informed me it was because my new phone was not a 5G phone compatible with they towers so i took the phones back in andhad them put my sims back into my old out and give me the new sims till i could find another phone since they do no accept it back and do not do refunds or store credit both phones worked perfect all day till the nextorning i woke up to call my job and the phones where both suspended and said i owed a $20 fee due to account being suspended but my phone was never suspened as i am set up with auto pay so all bills whete paid.
The rudest people I've run across in a long time really bad service really long wait disrespectful people that work there

I went to the store today to get service for my whole family but since I'm a family of seven they wouldn't let us in because they only allow four people at a time.
