Regular customer service in a pandemic time, keeping the 6ft safety distance. Need it attention with a progressive lease i got about a year ago, got enough informatioj about it now just need to check it works, need a little more kindness and attention to clients while speaking to them and probably more personal so people dont have to wait so mucj time in line.
Friendly service. The agent waited for over an hour on the line with my precious carrier in order to port my number. That's above and beyond in my book.

Customer service is terrible, Paula didn’t help me, she just said cricket phone warranty expires in 7 days, I mentioned no one, mentioned at the time i purchase, she said well it’s in the receipt. So bad answer if you work as customers service, seriously I list try to help, zero stars for this employee, you think I buy a phone with the idea to returns with 7 days warranties?
