It says they close at 7pm I got there at 6: 38pm there people inside and they will tell you that they are closed

So I show up at 11: 00am with a sign on the Door that says on break be back in 15 minutes.well I have no idea if that sign was just put there or left up from yesterday.so I waited.and waited.and waited.after about 10 minutes I shake the door and a minute later out came a girl whom looked to have just woken up, hair undune and greasy and not friendly at all like a latina Billy Eilish. So I got my phone wet and needed a replacement quickly since i use it for work, she ask for my info and says I cannot get a phone because they changed a policy and my wife needs to be there with me, ok well why didnt your company email everyone about the policy change, not a big deal but after waiting 10 minutes outside when its a 105 and 40% humidity. I ended up walking out the door and just getting my phone online without my wife needing to be there, Its a two day wait but way better than dealing with these young people with no customer service.maybe AI will be a good thing as these people are pretty much useless. This has been my experience at almost every Cricket I go to with few exceptions. I suggest closing al the retail locations and be online only, definetly not an asset to your investors.

Total waste of time going here. They can't and won't help you if you have any problems. They tell you to call the 1800 number just to get the hour run around.
