It had been a few days since I faced a problem with my mobile phone SIM card, I could not call anyone or receive a call, and this gentleman named Omar, one of the employees of Cricket, solved my mobile phone problem within a few minutes with a very excellent and satisfactory treatment. I got a new phone at this location and Calos Omar helped me. Well, when i got home, I discovered that he had incorrectly transferred my old I-phone inofmation to my new phone. He somehow attached my son's phone to my new phone. So I had my text coming as well as my sons. My son was screwed and had no service. I tried to resolve this through the help line but that needed my son to access his phone. It was a royal mess- up and took about 4 days to fix. COme on guys! You have to be able to do something that straight forward. NOT HAPPY with this particular location.

I Just want to said be careful there, and when you buy a phone always check what they doing! And if it is possible reset the phone as soon is possible. I buy phone & 1st thing was weird was the phone wasn't charged, is supposed to be with reasonable charge right? Well they said it wasn't and they charged there, once was set up I go home with only 7%, at home when the phone was fully charged I downloaded my apps I check everything and looks "normal" 1 day after the guarantee expires someone hack the phone & send text to my messenger contacts and upload my photos to fb stories open everything in the phone, I go to different stores just to confirm was hack, they helped to reset the phone and I discovered it looks completely different, and the steps to set up was different too. I don't know if was intentional or not, but even the apps was in the phone in the beginning now they're not there. SO BE CAREFUL AND RESET THE PHONE SOON AS POSSIBLE WHEN YOU BUY A PHONE. (Any store, because it can happen anywhere)

My husband and I went in to check out a new phone for my son because his was broken Omar not only found us a nice phone we were also able to upgrade his phone for a awesome price and also able to upgrade our daughters phone because he was so helpful the offer was to good to pass thank you again
