The coaches are very professional and took extra time to work on my deadlift form. I truly appreciate all the tips. All the athletes were extremely friendly and welcoming. Thanks Neil and Ryan.

Truly excellent CrossFit gym! I love the format of the classes-there is always time spent on proper form, warm up, and stretching before the WODs. And all of the instructors are really good at critiquing your form and determining the best weight load to keep you safe but still push your limits. The facility is big with high ceilings and huge garage doors with plenty of rig space and equipment. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone interested in CrossFit.
