I have been using Crown insurance since I got my new car in March 2022. They have been so helpful with the process and understanding policies.
I worked with Grant and Trisha that have helped go above and beyond to give me the best policy for my needs.

I seldom write reviews, but my experience with Crown Insurance has been so horrendous that I felt it necessary to warn others. This company has proved itself to be the absolute worst in the car insurance industry.

From the very beginning, I noticed a stark difference between the pre-sales and post-sales attitudes. When signing up for insurance, the agents were all smiles and promises, but once they got their hands on my money, it was like flipping a switch.

Their customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. I tried reaching out to them multiple times for a renewal, only to be met with long waiting times, unhelpful representatives, and a blatant lack of concern. It seems like they couldn't care less about actually providing the insurance coverage they promise.

The renewal process has been dragging on for months, and it's evident that they're doing everything in their power to process my request. It's frustrating and disheartening to see a company take advantage of people when they're most vulnerable and in need of support.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I implore you to stay away from Crown Insurance. Their lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic decency is appalling. Trust me; there are far better options out there.
