Cruiser's Route 66 Cafe, Williams AZ

Disgusting food. The burger was undercooked and the fries were both cold and soggy. We waited an hour to get a table, then another hour for food. The waitress was totally rude when I asked for my burger to be cooked more, and when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that there were too many people for my expectations to be so high. I’ve never had a worse dining experience in my entire life. My advice: choose somewhere else.

The atmosphere is definitely an enjoyable experience for a family lunch or dinner. The food was okay but the service more than makes up for it!

Awesome 50's diner on Route 66! Excellent food and they serve alcohol too from a local brewery! Very cool!

Hosted our large party of 16, has a great selection of BBQ style food and an awesome kids menu. The 50s atmosphere was spot on but they were also showing the fight. Our waitress did a wonderful job.

This place is a joke! Over priced bar food. The waiter whatever you want to call him was rude and did not know how to do his job. There's better places in town. STEER CLEAR!

Ambience is nice, you have oldies music playing and the vintage signs. Not the best but not the worst place to go. Food wise it’s good, but we had to send ours back since it came out cold. Service was not the best, but it was busy and I’m thinking they didn’t have enough wait staff.

Used to be my favorite place to stop for lunch when passing through.not anymore. We’re greeted by a friendly host and sat outside immediately. 15 minutes late.no one ever came to serve us.not even water. The entire outdoor area was empty. Inside had customers.but that is no excuse to not serve the outdoor patrons. There is no excuse for this level of poor customer service

We have eaten here a number of times. The food is excellent. I always get the BBQ options. My daughter and GF like the other options available too! The décor is great, and the seating options are plentiful. The service is good too!

Definitely a nice cafe and restaurant. Food was really good and the outdoor seating is quite nice. Seating is comfortable and the sun shades keep you comfortable and prevent the sun from blinding you. Ended up having a burger and chicken strips as an appetizer and truly did enjoy the food. Will definitely be back here once I’m in the area again.

Terrible service. Have no idea where the waitress kept disappearing. Food was mediocre. Customer brought in a dog and the waitresses were petting it then serving food.

Great food, and a really fun atmosphere! Careful of the steps near the front door, don't want anyone to trip!

Good Chili! Nice waitress. Will try pulled pork sandwich next time. They smoke thier own meat in a great big smoker outside.

This was a typical 50s diner style of food with BBQ too. Food was fine, waitress was friendly but never came back after dropping off the food. Good people watching on the patio. Be careful, the chairs rock. Lol

If it would be possible to give 0 stars I would! The staff by far are very rude and lack the knowledge of what bad lettuce looks like. A bloody mary to this place is a pre-made mix with a splash of the cheapest vodka for 9.00, they are so overpriced your better off going to taco bell.

We had the bbq taster. It came with pulled pork, brisket, a beef rib, potatoe salad, beans, coleslaw, a sausage and corn bread. The rib, sausage potato salad and corn bread were awesome. The rest was just ok. We also sat for a bit before a waiter came by. The food came out really quick though. The atmosphere is really cool. All signs and antiques.

Mostly fat on the brisket, small beers, not very attentive waitresses, major trip hazard despite the signs

The atmosphere is great. The meats tender but lacking in flavor. It was difficult to identify the smoke and definitely could have used some more seasonings.

Excellent food and drink, wonderful service. Like going back in time to an easier simpler place. BBQ is to die for!

Excellent service, outstanding food, great entertainment and possibly the best bloody Mary I've had.

Was not very good service! Waiter acted as if he didn't want to be there! Cook wasn't very good when it came to menu items! They cooked the food the way they wanted to and not by the way the menu says! Waiter messed up at the end and gave my bank card to someone else but luckily the other guy was honest and gave it back to the waiter!
