Crumbl Cookie in Queen Creek is seriously a game-changer! Their cookies? Insanely delicious. But you know what's even better? Their customer service rocks! Big props to Brynley—she's a total superstar. So, get this: my cookie order ended up at the wrong place, and my neighbor gobbled it up without checking. Brynley to the rescue! She handled it like a champ, sorted out the mix-up, and made sure I got my heavenly batch of cookies. That dedication? Top-notch. Crumbl Cookie with Brynley's awesome service? I'm a fan for life!

I realize this review is going to be unpopular, but gotta give my honest opinion. I've noticed people tend to avoid reviewing the actual taste/texture of the cookies themselves. The shop is cute and the staff is friendly. The presentation of the cookies is nice too. But I base my rating of cookie shops on 2 things: their sugar cookie and their chocolate chip cookie. Right out of the gate, Crumbl loses because they commit the ultimate baking faux pas and use milk chocolate chips. To me, that's an absolute no, but if that's your preference, then you will probably enjoy it. As for their sugar cookie, it is doughy, with a texture like Play Doh. I like a sugar cookie that is moist but not doughy. It's a tough line to find when it comes to baking. For the life of me, I can't figure out why people love this place so much. It's overpriced and not that great. There are plenty of places to get better cookies and a better price! Be a little adventurous and branch out to other cookie shop options! You won't regret it.

Update: a friend recently encouraged me to try these again. She chose the flavors: chocolate chip (with semi sweet chocolate chunks, yay!), a marshmallow chocolate one, a peanut butter butterfinger one, and a raspberry cream cheese oatmeal cookie. Gotta say, I wasn't expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. The chocolate chip cookie was so much better when not using milk chocolate! After this, I will be more likely to give it another try if I feel like splurging the extra cost.

Ordered the 6 pack for my son’s birthday and the most important cookie which was the birthday batter had no frosting. He was very disappointed.

Went in to store, 1 person in front of me, ordered and watched 5 more customers enter store, order and get their orders before mine was ready.like WTH?

While Crumbl is sooo sweet, I can usually only have a little at a time, it’s always had such great flavors! It’s cool to see the new cookies and the kids like stopping in every once in awhile!

While the taste is undeniably exceptional, it's worth noting that the price point might be a bit on the higher side. However, the delectable flavors and quality ingredients used in their cookies help justify the cost. The taste truly makes up for the slightly elevated price.

One potential drawback to keep in mind is the parking situation in the shopping area where Cookie Crumble is located. The limited parking space can sometimes be a challenge, especially during peak hours. It's advisable to plan ahead and be prepared for the possibility of a tight parking situation.

HEARTLESS company. Came here with my 5-year-old daughter and her friend and her friend dropped her cookie as soon as we purchased and sat on the table outside the door. I went back in and explained what happened and asked for another. The reply I got was "The cookie left our store and it was not our fault it was dropped, we won't replace it. You can buy another one though". Obviously I DID NOT buy another to support a HEARLTESS business such as this. GO TO CHUNK COOKIES OR TWISTED SUGAR- THEIR COOKIES ARE WAY BETTER ANYWAYS!

Don’t waste your time or money going anywhere else! Once you have a cookie from here you won’t want one from anywhere else!

This is the friendliest Crumbl around. The cookies are always fantastic and fresh. We also love figuring out the mystery cookie.

Sometimes they seem to run out of cookie ideas and the results are weird. Worst part of the experience is the tip pressuring and pandering. Stop it! At $5 a cookie Crumbl can afford fair wages and benefits!

Crumbl cookies… what a SWEET treat! No really, they’re super sweet! We tried the weekly cookies of 7/17- Milk Glaze, Churro, Cookie Dough, Blueberry Cheesecake and the classic Milk Chocolate Chip. Something to know is these cookies are huge! We cut them into fourths to share and it is more than enough.
The Milk Glaze cookie is a sugar cookie with a sweet milk glaze and Fruity Pebbles cereal- it’s cute! Very sweet, liked the different texture that the cereal added to the cookie. Hubby loved this one and rated it 10/10 lol.
Churro was very sweet but enjoyed the taste/texture! Expected a bit more out of the Cookie Dough cookie… would skip this one. Was extremely sweet (brown sugar cookie) and not that tasty.
The Blueberry Cheesecake cookie also has some very sweet icing on top! Texture was good… but could only do a bite or two! The Milk Chocolate Chip is a consistent favorite. Delicious and amazing texture.
Crumbl is a fun treat for the family!
