And the time he took to find the right storage space we needed. He listened to our concerns and answered our questions. This was my first time renting a storage unit and the process went very smoothly because of the man behind the counter. Once again, thank you Joe.

Fantastic service. Cannot say how appreciative I was with the service provided by Joey. We had numerous questions regarding storage and Joey was super patient.
I highly recommend for parents looking for storage over summer for students at UOF.

The staff are friendly and informative and they take the hassle out of needing storage. My family and I have used them several times.

The manager made my rental process fairly easy. While I may have preferred a different unit, it works. Price was my motivating factor.

My unit has been broken into 3 times! Nothing is being done as far as security goes. The manager is sarcastic, could careless about what happens to your items. I definitely would not recommend this place! I pay my bill on time every month and not even that matters to these folks.

Just began using the facility yesterday. It is clean, I love that you can pull around the units instead of having to back up with your trailer. Best part was the young lady at the front desk. ""Monique"" awesome young lady, very welcoming and engaging. The place is clean and easy to maneuver, so like it already.

Joey is on his A Game, he had everything ready for me, just to sign I was running late and he waited vary dedicated young man.

Joey at this location was incredibly kind and helpful. He even noticed that I had not fully locked my unit and made sure everything was secured when I left. Really great guy.

I have a storage here.it's Hella expensive and I can't get them to fix my light. I have to use flashlights. $ 304.00 a month should get me electricity to see.

Ad experience with the person helping us. He talked over me the whole time and was very RUDE. I had made a reservation for the smallest storage shed available which was the 3.0 x 4.0. He saw that and tried to tell me I needed the next size up. Which I DID NOT! Then when I reserved it online I was given a 25% discount. My husband had a shed with them before. The guy wanted to put it under his name thus screwing me out of my discount. The whole process took an hour. Every other time we were there getting a new shed we were done within 5 minutes. This all happened on 2/1/2021 at 9: 30 in the morning. He also wasn’t wearing a mask and was literally cursing at the computer. I’ve had better experiences with this cubesmart. UPDATE 2/9/2021 I spoke with the district manager today, John. He was a very nice guy! We spoke about what happened and he listened to what I had to say. He apologized and he fixed the situation. I am now giving them 5 stars because John fixed the problem!

Albert is absolutely amazing at his job. He truly cares about his customers and gave my mom and I fantastic service when we came in. I had accidentally locked my phone in my storage unit before leaving town, and Albert was kind enough to actually mail it to me. Highly recommend storage with Albert!
