Linda was very helpful the unit was just what we were looking for and very clean thank you for all the support and help!

I recently moved across the country, and I initially chose this CubeSmart facility for its proximity to my temporary home. Linda, who helped me at this location, was very friendly, helpful, efficient and accommodating. Reserving a space online was fast and easy, and Linda promptly followed up with me, answering my questions and providing more information. It was such a relief to have a clean, reliable and secure place for my things to land - a big deal when you're making a big, stressful move.

The customer service here is wonderful. Linda and her coworker are so helpful and nice. They make everything so easy from move in to move out. I highly recommend this place.

Clean facility, convenient hours, polite helpful staff, inexpensive price. If i needed storage again, this is the company I would use.

Excellent customer service. I rented a storage unit online. Linda called to confirm my rental. The unit chosen for me had a flaw in the door, she easily switched me to another unit that was in a better location also. She took extra time to give me tips about using the lock and the door.

Zack and Linda have been a great team at the Green Valley location from the beginning. They handle every aspect of moving needs: clean dry storage; monitoring on video as well as driving around in their cart; spraying for pests; and, just being friendly and professional folks. In addition to storage info they also help in finding anything needed in relocating to the community. Follow-up phone calls to be sure all is to my satisfaction. I can't recommended them enough for storage needs or supplies.

**BAIT and SWITCH COMPANY**Pricing on my unit started out 4 years ago @ 103.00/ month fair at the time for a 10x10 unit, every 8 mos or so they send out a notice for another increase in the monthly rate since signing on with them I've taken on about 4-5 increases which now has the pricing of the unit @ 188.00 a month
**nearly double of what we originally agreed upon, Crooks if you ask me // Ive called in several times to ask what warrants these increases, I get told the same thing that its "corporate that implements the rent increases" annually
however no matter how much they raise your rent, your items and belongings inside of their facility will still be covered with roofing debris and asphalt upon returning to your unit after it has been closed up for a period of time. Better choices out there **Beware*

The facility is always clean. The office staff is awesome. I loved renting there, BUT, I do not like the fact that the long term renters get a price increase each year. There should be a grandfather clause for long term renters. If you want to keep long term renters, then something should change. This is why I moved out after 6 years. With the economy the way it is right now, you should be doing everything you can to keep your long term renters. When i moved in 6 years ago, i had 2- 10*20 units, each were under $150. Now my 1 unit, same size had jumped to almost $300. So this is the reason I left. Times are hard and money is tight.

Linda was amazing. She checked on us every time we were at our storage and was just a delightful person to have to deal with.

The place is very secure - the people are very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt comfortable in leaving my possessions here and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The space is clean. Zachary and Linda made the whole process simple. They are professional, informed, and very customer centric. I’m so glad to be storing our things at Cubesmart.
