13I reserved a storage unit at this location. I received a phone call from a very friendly employee named Tati! She suggested I come in to make sure the storage unit is the correct size. When my husband and I arrived we was greeted by Tati who was just as friendly in person! She gave us an Awesome tour. She really made us feel welcome and like valued storage renters! She really made the shopping for a storage unit pleasant and easy! She needs a raise!
Worst customer service. They are charging my mom late fees for a mistake they did on their end. Asked to speak with a manager/supervisor and was denied to talk to them directly. Was advised to call the 1-800 number which I did. All they said was go talk to the storage manager directly as we cannot reach them. How could I talk to him/her if I’m being denied to talk to this person.
I’ve been currently looking for a storage and came across this location. Amazing and friendly staff, especially Haley. She was very welcoming and professional. Highly recommend!
I was diagnosed with cancer and some days I don’t feel well and don’t want to talk on the phone. I was able to to my entire transaction online. It was super fast and convenient!
This location was on point the customer service was great and they knew what they were talking about. The staff took care of me and my mom and, the property was very clean and looked very trustworthy definitely recommend.
Came to tour property early in the morning general manager was supper sweet although she wasnt even open yet.

They had an awesome price and the manager there was super nice very caring, very kind man. We absolutely love him.
