6The location was great. It was never excessively crowded. Sadly, we had to get out because they hiked the rent up from $264 to $310! Geez, a huge hike and for an average size unit. Bummer.

Reserved online. Combination given will not work on a lock that needs a key, no manager on site. No calls or emails returned. Had to go to a different company, still waiting on refund, awful customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I have been renting storage units here since the beginning of 2018, both for myself personally and for my business. For the money, this place is fine. It's not air conditioned. And not all the doors on the storage units match. If that's important to you, you can go to a place that costs more. The staff is very responsive. For example, one time when my lock broke, they just gave me a new lock. Also, it is in a safe part of town, so I'm less worried about having my things get broken into.
