I started coming to Culture Chiropractic during the second trimester of pregnancy due to hip discomfort when walking. I had also read that Chiropractic care may help with Ptyalism (excessive saliva) which I was dealing with. After a couple of appts, I noticed a significant reduction in the amount of saliva I was producing. I also had no discomfort when walking. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and Dr. Stephanie. They’ve provided great care and information. Also, the front office staff is very friendly and makes scheduling easy.

I started experience some chronic back pain due to repetitive motions from my desk job & taking care of my new born baby. The pain never returned after 3 weeks.since then I have had even greater mobility as well as more ease and comfort sleeping.

I have been going to various chiropractors for almost 40 years and these doctors really know their stuff! They have so much knowledge they are willing to share and they go beyond just an adjustment. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Today was my first visit, so Dr. Stephanie abs I spent a lot of talking about my Chiropractic issues and x-rays. So hopefully I will have more to say as we mobbed into my treatment plan. Dr. Stephanie is very down to earth and explains things very well.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Stephanie Benz for my first pediatric chiropractic appointment with my 4.5 month old baby and oh my gosh I was BLOWN AWAY with the care, attentiveness, and knowledge shown from start to finish. I can't say enough good things! I appreciated how much she took the time to explain everything she was doing. I noticed an immediate difference in my baby specifically with being in the car, he seemed so much more comfortable in his carseat, it was honestly a night and day difference. Since I have been going to see Dr. Ross & Dr. Stephanie, my overall health and well being has improved significantly. I originally started going to Culture Chiropractic because I was experiencing chronic pain in my left shoulder blade. It has now been 8 months and not only has my shoulder pain dissipated, but the alignments (combined with at home care/routines provided by Dr. Ross & Dr. Stephanie) have also helped with my irregular periods due to having PCOS, my mood, chronic migraines and my previously frequent neuropathy pain from my chronic illness. I didn’t think there was much out there that would naturally be able to help with some of my MS symptoms, but Culture Chiropractic did! I am so grateful for them, their friendly staff, their positive and safe atmosphere and so much more! I cannot recommend them enough!

Culture Chiro is a great spot in Chandler that I'd highly recommend! I went in through a recommendation of a friend thinking I was going for a general check up / maintenance. I wasn't having any symptoms except wanting to be in optimal health before pregnancy in next couple of years. We did x-rays and found a few things that absolutely needed to be corrected. Steph and Ross share an honest and holistic approach to wellness that is not always easy to come by, I'll use them to stay healthy for as long as I live within reach!

Great practice. Professional and knowledgeable. I had chronic pain in my neck and it has significantly decreased due to the treatment and treatment plan. I recommend this place.

I switched over from a different chiropractor at week 27 of my pregnancy. I have experienced night and day difference in care from there to here. Dr. Ross and Dr. Stephanie are incredible and have really helped the neck and shoulder pain I was experiencing and have opened up my hips. I have better flexibility and movement as I progress in my pregnancy. Highly recommend Culture Chiropractic.
