Culver's / Culver’s, Lake Havasu City AZ

Food is good and service is friendly, HOWEVER, I am tired of being charged for a double cheeseburger when I specified a single cheeseburger. Single and double do not sound anything alike, even if you are a new employee.
Called the restaurant to let manager know and they did not answer the phone. So, I called corporate and they informed me that the double cheeseburger is their default burger they charge you for.
So, my advice is to be very specific when ordering, and even then, check your reciept, because in my experience, they will still try to get away with charging you for a double.
I am tired of corporate greed, their policy is designed to get more money out of you. MY policy is to take my business and my MONEY elsewhere. Never again, I am standing up against the greed.
You might want to keep Bud Light in mind before you offend too many more customers

Whenever my family and I visit new areas, we like to see if there's a Culver's in the area since we don't have one in Las Vegas. We were fortunate to have confronted a Culver's in Lake Havasu City while we were visiting a friend of ours, and while camping in Needles, CA.

Normally, when we eat at Culver's, it's for the frozen custard.and we ordered just that when we visited this restaurant. The quality of their desserts are bar none! The staff working here at the time of our visit were phenomenal and professional as with majority of Culver's employees in this country. The restaurant and bathroom cleanliness (can only validate the men's bathroom), was adequate.

If you're in the area, definitely recommend you swing by and get some food. Thanks, Culver's for yet another great experience.

Service was horrible at drive thru window waited almost a half hour for one chicken sandwich as I watched multiple cars after me pull off and they couldn’t even put the one thing I asked for in my bag

We always enjoy our meals at Culver's. Food is always delicious, the staff are friendly and always ready to help, and the restaurant is always clean and full of customers. It is only of the few fast food restaurants we go to.

Friendly, clean and unbelievably delicious custard! Just wish it were a little less expensive.

Sat for 15 minutes or so and waited for my food! 6 people behind me in the drive thru got their food but not me! I went inside and the excuse was it didn’t print in the back? How are you getting all the other orders then? I got my money back which was $2 short from the original total! This is THE WORST service you guys have given! What gives? Im in you’re place of business multiple times a week! Very very unhappy with the service! Oh and not to mention I got an expired coupon from them

My story is that 4 of the counter workers saw me enter the establishment. I wash my hands then came to. The counter, Allison and David look at me like who up next to take my order. Then Slick David gonna say I thought you had a number. Really how would I have a number and yall looking confused on who's taking my order. Being that I was the only colored person in the store ijs. No matter what your race, color or creed customer service should always be 100. Sometimes I think the employees are owning these places based on how they treat customers. Mind you a disable VETERAN

Fantastic food, great service, I'm surprised this is fast food! The cheese curds were pretty darn good. It's a favorite of my family for sure. Kinda how In N Out used to be in Havasu. Culver's rocks. Spendy though so don't be shocked.

We dined in for lunch on a Saturday. It was pretty busy when we got there but ordering and food coming out was fast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience!

Terrible untrained counter help. Overcharged by $10.00. Waited 35 minutes for food. Dry overcooked burger. Dry hard bun. Trash on floor. No ketchup in dispensers. 5/14/23 3: 05 pm

Used the drive thru every time, fast and precise. The staff is welcoming and polite. Even when they ask you to pull forward when busy, you still only wait a minute or two. Havasu's is just as inviting.

We come to Lake Havasu five times a year, and every time we go to Culver's, we have wonderful service. Christina is the one who always seems to serve us, and she is very pleasant and hard-working. It's always a very enjoyable experience.

We were disappointed with the first one we went, It was bad it was like they recooked two burgers after they cut them in half to make two double burgers, for us and we never went back until today in BHC. And It finally lived up to commercials.
