I had a termite "spot" treatment (based on their recommendation) done in a room in my house. No need yet, for a full house treatment. Saved me a few dollars. A few months later, in the same room, a different wall, a new spot appeared. After calling, the team came 2 days later prepared to treat the area. This treatment was covered under their warranty. You can no longer have the same day and time every month. New schedule every single month on a date and time they randomly decide. Have other appointments to work around: too bad they don't care anymore! You can call in and request they change your randomly assigned day and time Every. Single. Month. Not worth the aggravation to put up with this anymore.

We have used Cummings since 2005! We have had the same technician and think Chris is great. My only complaint about the company is the monthly service is a different time/day each month. My husband and I are busy and really prefer a scheduled day and time we can count on.
