Curaleaf Gilbert

I've been using this establishment for 5yrs & the quality is always there & the budtenders are so knowledgeable about current product & they are so nice! Highly recommend!

1) this place takes debit cards which I a major plus, 2) they have enough staff to care for large crowds. Those two reasons alone is why I decided this will be my spot going forward. Best I’ve seen.

They claim to be a ‘Select’ dealer as they own ‘Select’.

Yet I can go to Jars in downtown Phoenix and pay 10$ less for full Select carts. And Jars doesn’t own Select.

Complete rip! Because they out here in Gilbert, they think y’all got extra cash. So they price rip.

Went here for the first time today and loved it. They get you in quick and are very helpful with any questions. They accept card too which is dope. Steve helped me out and he was so friendly & knowledgable. He showed me some edibles I had never heard of before and I'm stoked to try them. Thanks for the great first experience. I'll be coming here from now on instead of my last go-to dispensary! Keep it up:)

This place is such a great dispensary! Their staff is knowledgeable and they have a great variety. They can have long lines, depending on the time you go.

Was my first time here at Curaleaf Dispensary. Upon trying to find it maps is a little on the confusing side as it has you going in a circle since there's a 'cul de sac' that it doesn't account for so take that into consideration if your coming from CG using HWY 84 over the interstate. So after you take your left from W. Elliott onto the name of that street, make sure you take that immediate right, rather than following maps crazy run around it will literally have you going in circles lol

So the staff was very friendly, smiles all around. Looked like a pretty smooth running place, fast easy pace. Got in, got my Shtuffs lol made small talk the Budtender was very knowledgeable helped me out, even up sold me some Top Tier after I already had made my purchase I used my points which ended up costing me next to nothing for the shtuff [koolest ever! ] and well put the biggest grin on my face for my long drive home.

Needless to say it made a long butt drive from CG on a Saturday afternoon, all worth the while *wink* definitely will be back to this place!

By far the best dispensary on the south east side. They have online ordering and have setup an express line but, sometimes walk-ins go much faster than express, no consideration given to folks that order express for a quick in and out trip to mitigate the covid threat, you CAN just stand there while unprepared people take their and your, time and watch walk-ins come and go because express isn't a ticket to the front of the line. If there's a couple of express patrons in front of you, walk-ins go faster because they only offer one or two express checkouts. Prices are ok, not as good as other states, but AZ rec is still an infant learning to walk. I won't shop a store with no online ordering, or from a store that there's no content numbers on the webpage, Curaleaf has both and it seems fairly accurate. I look forward to watching Arizona dispensaries grow up and learn the right way to do things and I will always shop Curaleaf.

I am paralyzed and in a wheelchair they try to force me to wear a mask and kick me out because I didn’t this is America can’t force anybody to do anything

So I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They stand behind their products! If there is any questions they are more than willing to help. You feel welcome each time you go in. Most everyone there is so nice it's great! Plus I haven't gotten one bad strain the quality and customer service is for sure what keeps me coming back! Plus they are pretty fast at getting you in and out without rushing you.

I have my medical card because of chronic back pain. I come to Curaleaf in Gilbert because the friendly staff and quality product. Unfortunately the line is longer for the medical folks than it is for recreational users. Standing for long periods of time kills my back. Go figure. Please figure it out.

I've been waiting since the 80s, this place is amazing, friendly and knowledgeable staff make your visit more pleasurable. Will return often.

Why have 3 lines for medical, recreational, and online if everyone checks out at the same counter? Make it one line, making everyone wait the same amount of time. It’s frustrating to watch people who didn’t pay 300 for a card get 10X faster service

Waste of my time. Stood in line to watch ppl get served that showed up after I did. Products on display they did not have. Left before giving my business & won't be returning.

Nice place but their stock of available products is low. I love the military discount. Took longer than 30 minutes even with a short outside line. Hire more people and keep all products in stock at all times.

Efficiency going way down! I stood in a line of only about 6 medical patients for 45 minutes as I watched them let the whole recreational line in over us! I used all my loyalty points and will be finding a new dispensary!

This dispensary is clean, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and they offer great discounts to return clients. The only reason we are rating this a 4 and not a 5 is because their website is not awesome and very temperamental.

I believe I was overcharged and have tried calling resolve. Filled out a contact form on the website, and called more than once. No one has reached out or answered to help resolve this, phone goes to voicemail every time.

First time coming here and I’ll never return. Very disorganized. As I pulled into the parking lot the security guard on duty magically disappeared leaving no direction for any patients/customers outside. I finally enter the building 15 min later to pick up my online order which went ok I guess. The bud tender didn’t know about the product I was buying, and had to ask another associate my question, and I was charged the extra 21% adult excise tax AS A MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARDHOLDER. I was also not offered any first time patient discounts or medical discounts and it didn’t even seem to matter to anyone that me and others had never been there before. Not worth the drive or the maze you have to navigate to pay for overpriced dried out weed.

I cannot believe the way they treat their customers. Can management please talk to me? I had a horrible experience visiting this dispensary and I believe the employee responsible needs to be reprimanded for their actions. They should not be working there.
