Their service is bad they don't have actual people talk to you instead they have a automatic machine that asked for your phone's access code I think they're sketchy and shouldn't be trusted because when you provide a customer service you should have actual people answering you and not machines ‍

Paid approximately $1,000 for a sound system that was almost worst then what I originally came in with

I went in to get 4 jbl speakers installed plus a amplifier that cMe with it, well they installed the speakers and kept the JBL amplifier. Very sad that these thieves will keep customers product. Crazy! Never again will i come here. The white guy smoking his e cig is a punk!

I highly suggest anyone to come here and get a radio or installation! Everyone there is super sweet and I enjoyed being there thank you everyone!

Amazing install job - my wife surprised me with a new stereo for my birthday - Juice took the time to explain things thoroughly and made sure to get it done timely so that it could be back before I knew what was happening when she “borrowed it”

Had 2 memphis 12inch mbs installed and 2 door speakers, The Tech juice broke my window lock switch it was missing when i got my car back, when i came in to have them put it back in they said it was broken before i came in, the windows locked and unlocked before they installed speakers now the switch doesn't work, they wont fix the window lock switch, extremely unprofessional and sloppy business

I need a new radio that I bought somewhere else wires and put into my car. Well I called 45 different places and the lowest price I could find was $148 now remember everything was already done I just needed the new radio put in there I got it done stereo pad for 50 dollars. They were very kind and generous and I couldn't have asked for more thank you

Decent value for the price and what you get, but install was extremely hurried, workmanship and install was quite shoddy.

I went to stereo pad a couple of months back after getting quoted insane prices from 3 other local shops around Tucson. I went in expecting around the same prices but when we heard the quote we were left kind of confused. Stereo pad quoted us less than half the price of the other local shops in Tucson. After the confusion wore off we were then offered a bundle package by the owner which included a subwoofer install just like we came in for as well as a brand new Memphis 12 inch subwoofer plus a new Memphis amp to go with it. This bundle came in at half the price of the other various quotes we had been given. I almost never leave reviews about places but the deal we got was so good I had to at least share it. The owner is super nice and juice the installer is also very nice. The service took one hour from the moment we got there until the time we paid. The other places told us it we should leave our car there for half a day then pick it up. Great service, great prices, super fast wait times. This place gets a 10 outta 10 in my book very highly recommend

If you need anything, and I mean ANYTHING in car audio, accessories, auto security or anytbing in between, don't even think of going anywhere else! I will not set foot in another shop after coming here. This place has it all and then some. The owner Jason, is by far the most honest, fair, and down right good natured all the way to his core.
He was helpful, knowledgeable, incredibly kind and humble. (and he wasn't pushy or impatient at all)

How do I even start this? From the moment I walked out of my car, Jason (owner/manager) and Juice (technician) made me feel instantly welcomed. They were already outside when I pulled up and we started instantly talking.

I’ve been to many car audio shops and have had plenty of negative experiences regarding customer service and the quality of products being sold.

Today I bought a 15in Memphis subwoofer and Memphis 1000 watt amp and both are beautiful and powerful pieces of quality. Jason was honest and straight to the point with what He had. He helped explain truthfully what was cheaper vs what was quality. He even went above and beyond what he needed to do - noticing that I was (and still am overall lol) uninformed about car audio and it’s systems so we went on to teach me a lot about the basics of audio anatomy and its basic principles. I really appreciated the humbleness in his character as it helped me learn - and, in the end, got actual quality sounding and producing audio products (with GOOD deals) that you wont find at other audio shops in Tucson.

Before I forget - they have really good deals. Not only because of the time of year right now, but in general.

It was great to meet Jason and Juice and I’m excited to buy more products from them and see them again.

I was referred here for an audio system and was so impressed with not only the level of service, the selection, and the pricing, I decided to upgrade my system after only a couple weeks AND have a dash cam installed. I highly recommend this place for Uber/Lyft drivers like myself. With his decades of expertise and knowledge, Jason has made my purchase selections simple, easy, and affordable and has always been able to accommodate my schedule. The technicians, Juice and Robert, also have years and years of experience and have honed their craft so well that every project, whether it was installation, placement, or tuning, was very efficient and exceeded all my expectations. I told all of them that this is definitely a place where I actually enjoy spending money because I can always walk away knowing the job was done right the first time. What more can a customer ask for? Again, I HIGHLY recommend this company and will NEVER go elsewhere!
