Where do I even start. I dropped my dress off to another company for over a week and when I went back to get it they didn't do anything. I had to fly out for a wedding the next day and brought my dress here with the hope she'd be able to fix it. Not only did she fix it before I had to take off she did it early enough that I could try it on and make sure I was comfortable. I thought I was going to cry. She was so nice and reassuring. If I could give more stars I would! 10/10

Just picked up my gown for a wedding and it looks amazing! The alterations were perfect! In addition the work was ready when promised and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I agree with other reviews here that Cynthia is capable of doing good work but has serious time management issues. I've had a couple dresses, a jacket, and two skirts tailored here. The first few came out fine, but the skirts cost $60 each to take in the waist and kept getting delayed over and over again for almost three months. She didn't take my measurements and sewed the waists and hips so tight that I couldn't walk or sit down. She said she'd fix them but they were summer skirts and it was now fall so I said no. She replied with a smirk, "What, are you going to wear them like that? " Um.you're the one who messed them up! So rude. What sucks is that hardly anyone in the Valley does women's tailoring that ISN'T bridal, so I guess I'll just learn to fix my own clothes myself.

Cynthia is an absolute angel, she did her work perfect and best of all fast. Not even a week time. It has a good price for all the quality she has and does. Forever grateful.:)

Cynthia was a joy to work with. She finished our wedding outfits first because she knew we were on a time crunch. Her work is impeccable and everything turned out perfectly.
