CUTE - ICLE, Nails & Spa by Kelly, Litchfield Park AZ

I go there literally every two weeks, get the same thing done (fill) and they always charge a different price each time…. And when you ask why, they have some kind of excuse like 2 fingers needed extra acrylic or your nail crooked…. WHAT? It’s disappointing when I have been a customer for at least 5 years and they have recently started this price rip off. Its a shame, they do not care about their customers or clientele.
STOP CHARGING WHATEVER YOU FEEL LIKE CHARGING FOR THAT DAY!

I’ve been going here for over a year now and I see Tina and I just saw K for the first time and they’re all so nice and welcoming!

Pedicure was great! Manicure was bad. Different girl and she filed the sides so low they are away from the nail bed. She went too fast and didn't pay attention. I told her and she suggested adding gel. Stupid! I won't be back.

I went to this salon for a full acrylic set. I did not have an appointment but was willing to wait. After a short 20-25min wait I was told a tech was free so I sat down and she began doing my nails. Halfway through my service, my set was on but no color yet because she was buffing them out a woman walks in without an appointment as well and states that she needs her nails done due to another appointment she has. They lady wanted the tech that was working with me. I couldn't believe that a second later they made me get up and told me they will finish with me when they finish with her. WHAT! I was so angry. There were no seats so I had to wait outside. After about 30min go by I tell them I'm leaving and will never come back. Horrible service. Trying not to make it about race but I'm african American and when your services get cut off for another woman that just so happened to be white, it seemed very unfair and racist, as if my money wasn't as good as hers and my time wasnt as important. Now, I would be angry if it was any race but how that lady just walked in and demanded that my tech take her right then and they accommodate her without an appointment like myself isn't right. And, they didn't care that i was leaving, the other lady was just laughing with them. I will never go back to this place. I would give a zero if I could.

I use to go here and I always heard complaints and the owner didn’t even do anything. The workers seem lost and the lady in the front did my nails crocked twice. There are way better nail salons over here go and save yourself from a waste of money

Worst experience, had appointment scheduled. 30 minutes later still no service. Won't turn no one, so you sit soaking your feet in cold water. While they push others thru

This salon is seriously such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful manicure and pedicure! Everyone is attentive, kind and extremely sweet! I highly recommend coming here to get a high quality and very professional service! 100000/10 in my books!

Manicure and pedicure is still going strong 3 weeks later. Lady was really sweet and did a great job.
