We felt they were very aware of the question we would ask and answered all with understanding and knowledge. We felt liked the really did care not just a number. We are glad they were our 2nd opinion.

Having an angioplasty and DR asks for a 2 short, nurse "don't have" give me a 4, don't have, (This is while he is in my heart) what do you have? Nurse 8 long. The Follow-up was a like a bar room fight. No pain killer because he said he wanted me awake and not moving.

Dr. Desai took the time to talk with me, answered my questions kindly and thoroughly. I appreciated him so much more than Dr. Sein.

I feel I have had excellent care from Dr. Desai and the staff at CVAM. I consider them a top facility in the state.

Customer service is a an unknown with them. Referrals not sent to an ultrasound lab. Twice. Sideffects from prescribed medication. No one calls back or askes to come by. Thankfully my primary was taking care of me and adjusted the medication. Dr.leaving office. No call from him to make sure there is a hand off to another Dr in the office, just a notification letter and a call from office to switch me to another random Dr. When I asked if that Dr.will know my history they offered to cancel tthe appointment. Only thing being dine right sending bills.

First time there and I would definitely recommend this place to others. My doctor was very nice and respectful. Listened to all my concerns.

One of the most disorganized cardiology clinics I've ever seen. Total failure.

On my first visit I asked Dr. Soroff to transfer my medical records from Tacoma Washington with 10+ years of medical history. Came back in a few months later to find they had not transferred them. I then communicated that I want my heart records transferred to AZ from WA. I then met with one of their team members that told me she would prioritize the transfer and make it happen.

Made an appt to see Dr Soroff one year later only to find out she was not with CVAM any longer. So booked an appt and was placed with Dr Victor Sein.

When Dr Sein walked in to my room, I asked him if they now had my records from WA in their system. He stated "No", we have none of your records. I explained to him that I've been asking for them for over a year. He seemed to get offended, snapped at me: "Jerry, this is the first time I've met you. I don't know anything about your records. " Not exactly a problem solver.

That same day, I personally called my former clinic in Washington and within just a couple of days, I had all records forwarded.

Seems to me that having 10 years of cardiology and patient history would help with my patient care. Apparently CVAM and Dr Sein don't feel the same way.

I think they need to regroup, take a hard look at "why" they exist. Stop herding and cramming as many patients as they can through their doors each day.

It all starts with people. And the care and respect they are given. Everything else is second.

Dr Sein and his physician assistant Carolyn are fantastic. I feel well taken care of and educated by them.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I feel it’s important to share this one for awareness of what someone might experience seeing this doctor. It was extremely disappointing to visit a cardiologist and have such a negative visit. Dr. Dailman minimized and invalidated my past medical history and specifically said what I was diagnosed with several years ago wasn’t a real thing and only made up by naturopathic doctors even though I explained a medical doctor confirmed my lab results. She also told me that HRT hasn’t been proven to have any affects of preventing any diseases and that when you go through menopause it’s what your body is supposed to do when you age. She said recommended me to stop HRT. I am 51 not over 60. She asked what kind of doctor was doing the HRT and I told her Internal Medicine. She did not ask about my female medical history other than if I had my parts and how long Ive been on HRT. She did say that HRT can cause my symptoms but the EKG was normal. I was referred to her because since I had Covid I have been having heart palpitations on and off and that was the reason I was there. She scheduled an echo and heart monitor and she would be in contact if anything “scary” comes up. I called and cancelled all future appointments and will follow up with my primary physician for a new referral. I felt minimized and invalidated in my past and present medical history. I do not recommend this doctor if you haven’t followed conventional medical practices. She will be sure to tell you how it’s not real and if you’re in menopause, it’s life, you’ll have hot flashes. Well I wish her luck when she gets there.
