Literally don’t waste you’re time on this pharmacy. There’s always a problem. They can’t find it or they don’t have it or their computer can’t process your insurance information. It literally always something. Some of the staff is nice but a lot of them are rude and condescending. Don’t rely on them for anything.

Self checkout seems to be the only option these days. Apparently the machine didn’t scan my Extracare card properly which I didn’t notice until I got home and saw that I was gypped out of $6.00. Since CVS can’t be bothered to make sure these self checkouts are working properly, I can’t be bothered to shop in their stores.

I've always received great customer service when I've shopped here or used their pharmacy. I have always found their employees to be helpful and friendly, especially their pharmacy staff. The self check out just takes a little patience, from the other reviews I've read, and helps a lot when the store gets busy.

Was hesitant to try a walkin flu shot with all the negative comments, and on a Saturday too.
But it was quick and painless with very little waiting and great service! Nice helpful people!

The incredible lack of concern and unprofessionalism is absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe these people deal with our health. This is one place that needs a complete re-organization of their entire team. Be very careful if you fill a prescription here or have anything done here

I dropped off three disposable cameras from my wedding to get developed 2 weeks ago, when I dropped them off I was told it was only going to take two weeks so today I called since it’s been two weeks and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and told me she had no idea when they would be in and I could keep trying to call them after a month of waiting - I asked her for the information of the company they use to develop these pictures and she rudely told me that they have absolutely no information for them and that they aren’t able to reach that company and they “ show up when they show up “ absolutely ridiculous that I would have to wait that long and absolutely ridiculous that they wouldn’t have ANY information for tje company that they work with.

If you get indian tech, immediately ask for someone else. Giving me the rundown of how and what I can do, basically stating, when I can pick up, how she can't partial, no knowledge of anything. Imagine older people sick and confused, ruining productive lives by just winging retardation. Hang up go in, talk to a human. I can't believe they even let her answer the phone, should be cleaning Porta potties in India. The pharmacist had to be interrupted, to assist me.causing others to wait. Social media is a thing and people communicate, to BETTER OUR LIVES.

Pharmacy staff has always been kind, courteous, and helpful. Most of my struggles are with my insurance company, and today Rodney in the pharmacy made sure I got my prescription filled and covered by my insurance. I am so grateful as this Rx would cause me bad withdrawal symptoms if missed more than a day or two. Thank you!

I'd like to shout out to everyone at this store who has maintained their humanity during the past couple of years, which have been brutal for so many of us. Not only have you worked on the front lines during a pandemic, but you have continued to approach customers like me with grace and kindness. Thank you, thank you, pharmacists and pharmacy staff!

They wouldn't take a Rx coupon at the window. Got charged 30 something, when it should have been Rx 10 something. Then the women didn't even wish me a nice day after screwing us.

Love your store-been a customer since the late 90ish but not being given the choice of self check-out or a live cashier.so where's my paycheck

The NASTIEST, RUDEST people work here. Customer service is nil. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully. Pharmacy staff is angry and militant - I witnessed this behavior with other patrons as well. I was merely asking questions about a prescription I was trying to have filled and was YELLED at and accused of being unkind to the staff by the manager. Not true, I kept a smile on my face and my voice low and my tone friendly. I understand these people are most likely over worked and understaffed during a pandemic but it is no excuse to treat people, paying customers in this manner. I’ll NEVER step foot into CVS again as long as I live and breathe and will tell anyone who will listen about my experience there. I’ll be contacting corporate about the customer service in this store.

My experience was okay my first visit and have now had 2 good visits since, but if the other reviews are typical of the service, corporate level calls should help. Sometimes store level complaints are not handled comprehensively. It would appear management is not hearing and responding directly to problems in the customer service arena at this store, given that there are more 1 star reviews than any other kind.

First of all, one of the latest reviewers, Bobbie, felt it was appropriate to throw Xavier the pharmacist under the buss. I would like to first comment on that remark, I’ve dealt with Xavier many times seeing that my whole family uses CVS in PV and I never have felt like he was out of line—or even close to being as rude as Bobbie portrays. He’s always been professional with my husband and I. He sometimes seems stressed out but never has he been rude or has given me a judgmental attitude like some other people have shared, nor has anyone else in staff there.

Now, the long wait time for getting most—if not all our medications filled at reasonable time is a bigger issue than anything, at least that’s what I think. The way I see that is that is more of an upper management or corporate level issue, and it seriously needs to be dealt with. They need 2 pharmacists on staff on Sundays as well as the rest of the week—which I believe they do currently have, just not on Sundays—and regarding the people who think they only have 1 working line in the drive through, that’s not true—they actually have 2. It just seems to me that most people don’t even like using that line for some apparent reason—which I cannot back up with proof that that is the reason in which why people never use that line.

Absolutely horrible the pharmacist Xavier Robinson Is extremely rude, and very judgmental. He is crossing lines of pure harassment. Does not follow HIPPA guildlines at all. Does need classes on how to deal with public! Completely does not need to be working in this field. And something needs to get about this.

Said prescriptions would be ready in 30 minutes took more like 50 min, even though they said it was "expedited"
Kinda bad when the people need their prescription sooner then later.
