Very unlikely to keep them because seems get better service from another store still use cvs but not this one

Comparing service at this CVS to my local CVS at home in Illinois has always been consistent—service doesn’t compare. Folks on Valencia Rd.are not friendly, don’t go out of their way to help customers, and make folks wait unnecessarily long periods of time. A few years ago, a clerk said they were unable to fill my prescription before we left for a 1600 mile trip. Rather than offer to help me, the clerk told me to appeal to my insurance company. That is not helping a customer that they turned away. Surely, I can find better service elsewhere.

I have only been a customer at this pharmacy for a few weeks and what I found astounding is that when you call this pharmacy I have been left on hold for well over 15 minutes or more. Is this the way you treat your customers all the time? I will be leaving this pharmacy and NEVER using another CVS for anything. Your customer service is poor at best and your associates are not friendly at all. This location should be closed.

I would love to give 0 stars. The absolute worst pharmacy in all of Tucson. They won’t pick up their phone- not for me or my healthcare provider. The worst

I had visited an urgent care at 6pm and at 6: 30 they sent my prescription to CVS. I figured Id wait until morning to pick it up. I went to cvs at 10: 20am to pick it up. It wasn't ready they gave me a time of 2hrs for it to be ready. I came back 2 and a half hours later to be told it wasn't ready again to wait 15mins, it was 1: 04 well before lunchtime at 1: 30. I asked if it would be ready before then he said yes. I come back to be told its not done. At 1: 28 he tells me it will be done after lunch at 2pm. I waited until 2: 45pm to go again and pick it up. Once I got there they said only one of my prescriptions was ready the other was sold out and I have to come back tomorrow for it. Not only have I been in pain waiting for these antibiotics, I had to go 3 times to cvs for it to be half ready. I've never been so frustrated and let down ever. And I couldnt do anything about it and no one offered anything but a half genuine sorry. Needless to say I will never use a cvs phrase again and will tell ever one my experience. I feel for thise who constantly have to deal with this nonsense.

I've been doing business at this pharmacy now for 14 years. You might ask if I'm so disappointed with their service, why am I still there after 14 years. That's an excellent question I need to ponder. Many of the pharmacy Representatives seem to have a problem executing very simple tasks. Like how many refills do I have left for this prescription.
Everything they touch, turns to mush. Customer service is terrible. A few of the pharmacy Representatives over the years have been excellent. But by their overall rating of 2.7 out of five, I think that says quite a bit.

Never send a prescription here, they mess everything up and give you different information than your insurance cause they don’t know how to do their job leaving you unable to get anywhere. Send your prescriptions somewhere that can actually help.

The pharmacy tech who gave me the swab on 8/23 at 230 pm is the best one you have. All the others come across as though they are having the worse day and you can tell they do not enjoy working the drive thru. This guy was extremely polite. Amazing customer service skills. I didn’t catch his name but he was in his early 20s.

Pharmacy employees seem to hate their jobs. I’ve never seen them smile, be polite or professional to customers. Sad and frustrating.

Worst pharmacy Terrible customer service. Nurse at clinic puts foot up on counter to tie shoe - unsanitary. Time to fill Rxs unacceptable.

WORSE PLACE EVER! NEVER EVEN STEPPED FOOT IN THERE BUT TRIED CALLING TO TRANSFER A RX HERE BECAUSE IT'S CLOSE TO MY HUBBY'S WORK. AFTER MANY TIMES CALLING THEY KEPT HANGING UP. AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOREVER!

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 4: 10 for a covid test and dint get helped until 4: 22. When he did help me gave me the test kit and began to use his phone. Gave me no instructions at all so I sat there looking dumb until he finally put his headset back on and I could ask him what to do. Then he said I needed to sign up to get my results because it expires but he never sent them to me so I had to call in order to finally get the link. Very unprofessional and they need better staff.

Absolutely the worst service ever from the minute clinic. So rude and unprofessional! If you can avoid it, do not go here. I hope they go out of business and they all lose their jobs because they deserve it. Went for vaccines and the girl at administration was so rude. When I told her she should be more professional, the nurse came out and told me because I was mean to her employee she was refusing to vaccinate me. Oh I get it. You all just don’t want to do your jobs you are paid to do.

My husband and I went there last weekend to shop abt 6 or 7 gift cards for my families and my husband’s families as for Christmas presents! We are deaf and used sign language to discuss which cards for who before we got paid but the cashier thin lady as not store manager got in the middle of thing cuz other store customer service as not store manager fat lady got involved and told her not to do thing with us. Thin lady said she was sorry and felt not comfortable to let us buying 6 or 7 gift cards at this store! Why? Is it cuz we are deaf? That’s against ADA LAW! We ll NEVER shop there anymore! We ll support and shop at Walgreens or other friendly drug stores from now on! Too bad, they lost money! Target made money and no plm to allow us buying gift cards for our families Christmas gifts! CVS is awful! Jeesh!

Pharmacy Tech working at 4: 55 PM on Oct. 27 2021 insisted that a prescription didn't get sent to them when I have a text from CVS and documentation from the doctor's office that it did. I'm pretty sure her stubbornness was due to the fact that the prescription was for a drug normally given to transgender people. Otherwise, she would admit that the system lost it or that someone at the store messed up. I've used CVS for decades for prescriptions but they've lost me now. Avoid this place at all costs.

Super nice employees. Always busy, but make the time for guests. Not a total bummer, but someone keeps taking all the menudo save some for the rest of us.
