I have been a loyal member of CVS at this location for over 30 years. The last two years the services has been absolutely terrible. They are understaffed, do not answer the phone, medications are a week delayed and the lines are extremely long. Moving my families prescriptions to another pharmacy. Tired of hearing "I am sorry sir, we are short staffed and that is why we do not answer the phones, have shorter store hours, and you have to wait in longer lines. "

I have been using CVS for years now. I have been a resident in SV most of my life. The people that work in the pharmacy at this are working double over time through the process of getting staffing issues solved. I went in today and it was a crisis. Concerned, for them I checked the reviews and just want to say the remaining Pharmacy staff are doing their very best and deserve a shout out. Things will get better and thank you for being so professional during a long hard day. I will get my future prescriptions at the Fry location no doubt.

Came in 4 different times. Either closed or at lunch. Took the day off just to get my prescription during the posted hours. They were closed for the day! Scripts take forever to fill or you get a notification its ready for pick up just to be told after waiting in line for 30- 45 mins that's its not ready amd come back in an hour to wait in line again.

What a fu¢#1ng joke. They sleep in until 10 but that's not enough time off so they close at 6! So lame. Glad there's other pharmacies around. They've always been bad but they've graduated to horrible!

Hours are Monday through Friday 10 to 6. Each month, the hours get shorter and shorter. Expect to stand in line for your prescription for at least an hour, sometimes two. HORRIBLE! If my company gave me a choice, I would switch pharmacies. Half the time, they are out of my common blood pressure medicine I take every day, so sometimes i have to go without. Thank goodness I only have to come here once every three months! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE! By the way, the line starts at the back of the store, the pharmacy is in front.

I bought two products that were on sale for 21.99, I was charged 25.99 for each but didn't notice until I was already back in Tucson. My loss.

Use to be good, but has gone waaaay down in service. For one don't have your prescripts filled here if you're in dire need of your medication. Bumped the rating up one star because I did manage to get my meds on the same day.

Enough is enough with these incompetent CVS pharmacy managers. They don't answer the phone, it takes forever to fill prescriptions, the pharmacy lines are typically 15 to 25 people long with lots of elderly people forced to stand for 45 minutes or more with only one person checking people out.

Their excuse? We're short-handed. They've been "short-handed" for a year now. We asked them to transfer multiple prescriptions to Sierra Pharmacy across the street but they couldn't tell their own Customer Service group (in Scottsdale I believe) when they might get around to it. Why? They're short-handed.

I used to problem solve for a living and I was very good at it. Their issues are not that difficult to address but they don't care. Next up? I'll be calling corporate headquarters in Rhode Island. There is normally a corporate escalation dept that has the authority to get things done. There is also a regional manager but they refused to give me his contact number.

I know it's easier to just post on Google but I hate poor customer service and will make some people very uncomfortable and will probably get some kind of decent response from Corp. I may even go to the store and throw a huge public fit. Unfortunately for them, I'm not a passive customer who just rolls over and takes it. If you're going to be in a patient medication business, you'd damned well better do it right or you will not have a pleasant day.

Does the so-called "Regional Manager" read these reviews? Of course not. Noone cares.

Pharmacist Jose is honest and professional. He took time in helping me understand my new prescriptions. I wish the line and wait was shorter.

They need more people behind the counter. Also maybe stagger the lunch time so a couple of people are always there.

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. No one answers the phones. Understaffed. I’m switching to Walgreens.

25 people in line waiting to pick up prescriptions. Are you kidding me? Why can't they stay open past 2: 00 on Saturdays and Sundays? Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. This CVS is a joke.

The pharmacy here is great but none of the store’s employees seem very happy. They installed an Arizona State Lottery kiosk and I had scratchers worth $220. I take them to checkout. How much, another not so happy clerk says. I say $220 and he says we can’t do that, we don’t have enough money. We can only do $20. Excuse me, why do you have that kiosk, if you aren’t prepared to pay people? This is the same store that installed a self checkout next to a cashier, where customers were forced to stand 3 feet apart, during the height of the pandemic. Poor sun kissed Zonies.

Unbelievably LAZY - there was a line of 7 people up at the counter just now - and the supposed "Customer Service Representative" i.e. The CASHIER stood there and told EVERYONE - including a person in a wheelchair AND elderly people to use the self check outs - while she stood behind the counter and DID NOTHING.

Either their website is lying that they take tricare or the pharmacy is lying that they don’t. Either way, what pharmacy doesn’t accept Tricare when then are right next to a military base? Unacceptable.

Spent 45 minutes in this store, for a flu shot & several items. Had to return (10 miles) because I was charged twice on my credit card. While in the store the first time, there was a malfunction on their side, which resulted in me standing in line, long line of people waiting behind me, mad. Two trips, 1-1/2 hours. They installed a self checkout kiosk 3 feet from a counter register, placing customers 3 feet apart. THIS IS A PHARMACY DURING A PANDEMIC! After 15 years I am a new Walgreens customer. They have a drive through.

Took my 97 year old Mom for a flu shot. We had an appointment, and still had to wait an hour. The pharmacy employees are efficient, but overworked. Especially the pharmacist who gives the injections.

I miss my old pharmacy. Customer service is poor. It is impossible to speak with someone. They are charging large copays for things have never had to pay for.
