ER sent over script before i was Discharged from hospital at midnight last night. Husband got to Pharmacy at 1: 00 and whomever helped him said they were leaving for lunch until 2: 30 and it wasn’t ready yet. It wasn't ready until after 3: 00 and all they had to do was slap a sticker on the box ️
Hopefully they aren't the go to for anyone who is awaiting life saving medication. As a prior pharmacy tech myself, there is no reason nor any valid excuse for this.
I went right after I got a text around six p.m. 07.18.22 and the gentleman that helped me was quick, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!
I waited at the pharmacy drive-through from a few minutes before 10 AM till 10: 24 AM. I had been to the ER and needed an antibiotic. After waiting a 24 min past their opting time, I called the pharmacy and no one answered so I went inside and could see the pharmacy wasn’t open. The cashier in the front said the pharmacist hadn’t shown up. I told her that there were people in cars waiting in line and she said “well we can’t see that”. It would’ve been nice if someone had put a sign on the pharmacy drive-through window that told people the pharmacy wasn’t open and they didn’t know when it would be open. It’s known as good customer service.

I have never experienced such horrible service in my life. Told my script would be ready at 1. Went to pick up at 1: 30 not ready come back at 3. Got text at 2: 30 said it was ready. Got wrong prescription noticed when I got home. Called them and went through the whole automated system just to get hung up on which has happened numerous times in the past. I haven't been in once without seeing upset customer's and the most unfriendly staff ever. I will NEVER go back! I have never given a bad review before but this was completely unacceptable. I can't even call it customer service.
I arrived 10 minutes ago for a 6: 15 appointment for a covid 19 vaccine only to discover that they are triple booking 15 minutes spots! Unbelievable someone who had an appointment at 5: 30 just wrapped up their appointment. There's a crowd sitting here and I'm only assuming what I was told over the phone was going to be a few minutes late is more like an hour. Really disappointing. My advice is go through the county community health center. I received my initial vaccines at Prescott yavapai county health department. And they do not triple book their appointments. If it wasn't for the holiday weekend I'd walk out
Been in line for 20 minutes, four cars behind me. Sign says both lanes open, but they are not. Kind of get the feeling that the pharmacy really doesn't care about its customers
Worst CVS experience in my life. Horrible customer service when in the store and every time I called to fill my scrip they either hung up on me saying they were busy, or at 10am have a recording that says they are closed for lunch.
Most employees not masked, even in the pharmacy. Came in for my booster appointment because I live with someone who's immunocompromised, and now I have to worry about hurting her with the virus.
I called to ask about scheduling an appointment for a COVID and was put on hold for 10 minutes just to be hung up on. I drove over and was told they don’t even do COVID testing at this location. I know I called the same cvs I put in directions for. I am very disappointed in their customer service very unprofessional
Worst experience yet with this store pharmacy. Rx not ready when promised, then not ready again. Waited almost 24 hours for an antibiotic needed for a severe UTI. That’s the way their management roles at this pharmacy. Steer clear, use another CVS or Walgreens. Has been this way for years.
It's always been my experience at a drive-thru especially at a pharmacy should be done quickly and if a person in line is going to take more than 10 or 15 minutes to process that they should be asked to leave the line and come into the store or wait for order to be brought out to them, I sat in a line over almost 20 full minutes before I gave up and came into the store the people inside the store running that drive-thru window should have more experience and be able to get people out of line so nobody has to wait for more than a few minutes.
Good pharmacy.prices kinda hi.the pharmacy is always jam packed full of customers.you are going to have to either wait in the drive through line or the line inside at the pharmacy counter.if I could choose a different pharmacy I would choose walgreens but my insurance makes me go to cvs so my waiting in lines will continue once a week unless management reads our reviews and somehow addresses and fixes this issue.thanks.
