CVS, Tucson AZ

Management needs to deal with the A/C not working in the minute clinic rooms. Show some compassion & atleast comp them water or Gatorade throughout the day. I'm sure you office has A/C. Shameful!

Had an appointment today, showed up and they tell me the nurse didn't show up. Would have been if they sent an email or text. Appointment was around 4pm, plenty of time for a curisry call or text

Pharmacy closes at 6pm now. Who cares about sick people needing their prescriptions after work.
And someone is always trying to rob the palace of liqueur every time I am in there.

Didn't like my experience with pharmacy didn't give me all my meds said I might be better off buying over the counter to save money who does that just assume, & elderly drivers watch out for them these two almost hit me coming out of CVS

I usually go to the CVS on Alvernon but I had a whirlwind of a morning and ended up on the wrong side of the tracks. I found this family run store near Wetmore and they took me in. Store Manager Blaine was remarkably kind, and he gave me a tour of the various aisles during my unexpected visit. He's warm gentleman. We must have chatted for 40 minutes before I had to get on with my day. They have unbelievable prices, even better than Walgreens and that's saying a lot because I was a former supporter of them before things turned sour. Blaine's assistant Annie was very welcoming as well and she helped me find the right chewable fiber pills from their wide selection of medical products. I often forget this is primarily a pharmaceutical company because you wouldn't know it when you walk in. I felt like a kid in a candy store quite frankly. But that's just because a lot of the snacks are no good for me anymore. They also have a lot of toys and knick knocks for some reason and this could be due to the fact that kids often come here after school to unwind. But that's a little off topic and I just wanted to write a brief review of how kind and inviting this store was to me and that if I ever get dragged to the west side (kicking and screaming mind you!) then I'll be sure to visit the kind folks at this store again.

At 8: 01pm I could not pick up my RX because apparently CVS closes at 8 now when all their info says 10.

This is the worst pharmacy out there. They do not ever answer there phone's for related pharmacy questions.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Looks like not enough employees. The rest of the store seems ok but would not count on the pharmacy.

Came in Thursday October 6th & went to the Pharmacy. My daughters & I were able to get our Flu shots here. The staff & the Male pharmacist working this day, at around 130pm were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP! & FOR BEING SO AWESOME & KIND! ALL OF YOU @ THE CVS PHARMACY!

Was told they took medicaid on phone, they wasted an hour of my time waiting at their clinic just to tell me they don't

While I was shopping, it seemed that every item I needed was behind lock and key. Trevor, who I single-handedly interrupted at least a half-dozen times couldn't have been any kinder, respectful, and patient. He went out of his way to find products that offered coupons and discounts. He was occupied when I was ready to check out so Hilary took care of checking me out. Hilary did not know about what Trevor had offered to save me money. They stopped what they were doing and they BOTH worked together to make sure I was checked out correctly.
Best customer service I've seen in years. They both exceeded my expectations. Like most consumers I have lowered my expectations and have become used to a much lower standard of service. It was a pleasant surprise! I hope CVS higher ups will take some time to let them know how much they are appreciated.

Called about my prescriptions status for antidepressants and they kept hanging up after being on hold for five minutes. I tried a total of 7 times. I went in person and the pharmacy closed early.

This Minute Clinic gets 1 star since the cleanliness of the clinic was spectacular. I would give 0 stars otherwise. I got to the clinic at 11: 10AM as directed by the clinic (my appointment time was at 11: 30AM). I prefilled my paperwork the night before to save time as I was going to the appointment on my lunch break. Staff, Angelica, was already with a patient at the time I arrived at 11: 10AM until 11: 50AM. There was one patient ahead of me at this point. I left the clinic at 12: 15 PM without being seen. Angelica was still with the patient ahead of me. I understand giving your attention to each patient but a 45 minute appointment for a minute clinic is outrageous. I waited 1 hour in total to be seen. I left 45 minutes after my appointment time. She should be written up for this.

Always fast friendly service, all the employees are all very knowledgeable about all and any items I have inquired about.

The hours are wrong, went to get some allergy medication at 8am (their posted time) only to find out they don't open until 9.

If you use the drive thru pack a lunch. Everyone that works in the pharmacy ignores the drive thru customers. Almost as bad as Walgreens.

For many years now, I've loved my pharmacist and the pharmacy at CVS. But now CVS has cut back hours when the pharmacy is available and it's very annoying. This has nothing to do with the people at the store, or any one store in particular. It's a corporate thing, and it makes me think I'd better start looking elsewhere.
