Drug Store CVS reviews
21I placed an online order for poster photos at the ONE location in Tucson that says they have them. I then went to pick them up 30 minutes away from my home only to be told that the store “doesn’t do that. ” I told them I had already paid and needed a refund. They told me they can’t do that and I have to call instead. I call and get transferred to the “corporate photo line” where I wait on hold and nobody ever answers, so I finally sent an email. The man at the counter was very kind even though he couldn't help, but the other employee there was very dismissive and rude. When I told them that they are the only location listed as having them available, she told me that it was corporates fault. I was offered no apologies, assistance, or refund while in store. I was able to get my refund via sending an email since I couldn't get an answer, but was still very disappointed in the customer service and will take my business elsewhere.
Pharmacy is not interested in assisting customers through the Medicare process to ensure prescriptions are properly processed. In the words of the manager "I am tired of dealing with Medicare. " Wonder what percentage of their business is Medicare and why he would work where it's requirement of his job?
They sell CPAP supplies but nobody knows anything about the hoses they sell. We needed one in November for Thanks Giving and the staff couldn't be bothered to help us and the pharmacist said to call our doctor. This was a missed opportunity to sell us an over priced hose that we ordered on Amazon and arrived the next day for half the price and it fit my husband's machine fine.
I was traveling from Chicago area to
Tucson. I was unable to pick up prescriptions before leaving on my trip. Pharmacy staff was very helpful and was able to provide prescription medication in a timely manner. Thanks!
Tyler at pharmacy was amazing. What a gentleman. He was so polite, hard-working, and helpful. It’s employees like him, that people choose to return to businesses for. Thank you for going the extra mile for me Tyler; I will be back!
Disrespectful and mean staff. After 5 years I have never met
a pharmacy staff member who is pleasant and helpful.
It's too exhausting for me to mention all the rude encounters
at this store but I have had enough. Dealing with this pharmacy is bad for my health.
My entire family and myself were sick with covid, and we needed the anti viral. I stopped through the drive through and as soon as the person working opened the window she was making a rude face at me. She said "yes? " I was taken aback, even feeling horrible and having to drive in the heat I was trying to stay in a positive mood. I held up my paper prescriptions and said I'd like to drop off our prescriptions. She demanded the names of the people I was dropping off for. I started to tell her and she snapped that I had to tell her one at a time. So I told her one and waited.she starts clicking on her computer and says, well, I don't have any prescriptions for that person. I'm like, yeah I said I'm dropping off the prescriptions and again I held up my papers. This time she actually took them. She told me 30 min wait. I went around and parked and then immediately relieved a phone call from the CVS and it was a gentleman. He was very polite and said that they would be ready in 10 min not 30. I happily waited a bit and went back around. Unfortunately that nasty young lady was still working thee drive through, and she was short and rude with me again. Until they can hire pharmacy staff that understand what customer service is, I'll avoid this pharmacy.
Nayda at the pharmacy was extremely rude. She's one hateful woman and she can't answer question you ask her one question and she goes off on you very hateful hateful woman
The pharmacist or whoever answered my call at the pharmacy (not the store) was super RUDE and when I asked him for clarification about something, he literally yelled and hung up on me. Don’t know if CVS is actually reading these comments. They have a lot of room for improvement in CS area.
With the exception of Charles who is exceptional and in my opinion one of the best pharmacists I've ever dealt with there are some isolated areas where they can improve.
One example would be the waiting time specifically when calling in first thing in the morning for a refil.
In the past to be they would ask what time you would like to pick it up but those days are long gone.
Now you can expect a 2 to 4 hour wait for them to fill your prescription even if you call in right at 8: 00 a.m. When they open.
Would probably do the best he can to accommodate you but as for the others it's a hit and miss.
I recently have a bad case of COVID. My prescription for PAXLOVID was sent to the wrong pharmacy. When we asked CVS to transfer the prescription, they said it would take at least 48 hours! They were very rude and we will never use this pharmacy again.
Worst customer service ever. Pharmacist lied about when she talked to dr. On phone
When I said something she told me to go elsewhere. Everyone in store was in bad mood and rude.
They took a lunch at 1pm on a Saturday and closed their pharmacy, so everyone had to be in their car and wait forever to drive thru. Who does that? They having a birthday party or something, cause nobody working.
I was travelling recently near Oro Valley, and fell, hurting my wrist. I had exactly an hour and 15 minutes to go take care if it and get back, I was 30 minutes away. I want to thank Myrna I believe, for being exactly and precisely helpful. She was interruptable, knowledgeable, kind. I would not have found what I needed so quickly without her. I likely would have left with the wrong type/size of brace. This made a major difference to me. Thank you Myrna, you are a jewel.
Great place to get my prescriptions. Always prompt and friendly service unlike all the Walgreens.
I'm moving to CVS from Walgreens because they have demonstrated they care and are willing to help. Not like Walgreens that is selling booze, cigarettes, candy, poor deli case, and on and on. Aside from that they are poorly staffed.
Covid testing person canceled our appointment for being 10 minutes late and was SO RuDE. Never coming back.
The customers here are a nightmare! Claps to the Pharmacy crew for having to put up with such rude people.
The pharmacists are incredibly helpful and professional. The store is clean and well organized.
The pharmacy employees are just rude. I will switch back to Target CVS at least they know how to treat customers
