This is the most horrific pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. They way the pharmacist treat their technicians is appalling and the way the technicians treat their patients is the same. They could really use more employees here. It’s sad to watch.

I was standing at the cash register, the woman helping me was so abrupt and irritated to have to do her job, Get me 2 prescriptions. Pharmacist yells to my daughter sitting in the chair, “lady sitting on her phone, are you waiting for a prescription? ”. It was 1: 27, I understand they go to lunch at 130. I tried to get there as soon as I could. Literally the most unprofessional rude staff and I wish I didn’t have to go through CVS. I wish people treated others the way they would like to be treated. Terrible customer service.

Pharmacy staff has been pretty good, I've not had any issues with my scripts but super short staffed from what I can tell

Couldn’t even tell me what kind of drug test does the testing for fentanyl the pharmacy and front desk kept passing me back and forth, you really should be ashamed to call yourself anything other than cart pushers

Try calling the number and talking to someone. Forget it.

Want a prescription filled. Forget it.

Want to be informed that no cvs in the state has your prescription but only being told about it after it says your prescription is ready, so you have to come down just for them to put you in a line tot will you that your medicine won’t be here.

Want them to call your doctor to help fix the matter. Forget it.

Hey. At least the guy in the window is getting his marijuana

I am grateful this pharmacy is open 24/7 as I work odd hours. Unfortunately the location is grossly understaffed for the amount of business they get. Everytime I go inside, every pharmacist is busy, I never see anyone take a break or even a moment to take a breath. I've seen many people yell at these pharmacists as though they were trash, it's shocking. Personally, I've never had an issue with them. In fact, they've gone out of their way to help me and give advice. They never make me feel rushed once I am at the counter, and if I need a little extra help, they are patient with me and empathize with whatever issue I am having with insurance. I understand the urgency and frustration when it comes to getting my medication on time, but remember no one these days gets paid a living wage, and corporate greed is on the rise. I just started planning ahead my pharmacy visits with a little extra time in my day in case I need to wait an extra hour for a fill. Kindness and compassion goes a long way and can make everyone's day a little brighter.

Waiting on pain medicine that was prescribed on the 8/2.it is now the end of 8/8 and no word yet. They say that they haven't seen that type in a while and they don't know when they will get it in.isn't the first time I've received this sort of response from them.walgreens across the street has what I needed the same day the last 2 times I have had a prescription filled there. DO NOT ORDER PAIN MEDS THROUGH CVS IF YOU NEED THEM ASAP.unbelievable.

There was an employee at the cash register I Walked up to the Cash register and the employee walked away. Stood at the register for like 5 minutes with no help before. I was forced to use the self check out machine which could either get me arrested or at least I should be paid for my work. I guess it's target for all my medicine needs from now on. Your store is also a mess. Looks like dollar general. I was there about 625 am.

I want to thank the pharmacy and the minute clinic staff that came and helped with my son. He threw up and it was a mess. They all helped get stuff, try to make my son feel better and were so kind to me, as well. You guys always have his medicine done so quickly and today the staff went above and beyond. I appreciate you all so very much! Thank you!

They don't know how much medicine they have in stock even when they have a computer that supposed to keep track of their inventory. They do not talk to each other in the pharmacy and they do not communicate to the patients when there's a problem. They had me sitting at the pharmacy for an hour past the time that my doctor's office closes after telling me they had my medication.

Went there at midnight right after my prescription had been ordered, so I had to wait for a bit. Greatful for there being a 24/7 pharmacy close to my house.

Went to pickup a prescription that was transferred over from another location. The staff in the pharmacy was really unprofessional as one woman got off the phone and loudly yelled that she will not take the call as the woman on the phone was difficult and that she didn't want to help her. I stood at the counter patiently waiting and continued to wait. The woman who finally came to the counter asked me what I needed. I told her I had a prescription transfered for my son and she threw attitude as it wasn't ready. I said that I would wait as my son needed it to feel better. Once she saw him her attitude changed and said she would put a rush on it. I said thank you and went and sat down. I watched other people come in and was met with the same attitude. We got our prescription and went to the car. My son who is 9 and under the weather said "Mom, that lady at the counter was not nice. " I will avoid this pharmacy going forward.

They need to build something for the poor workers for the evening to block the sun in the drive thru though.

Your business can charge 500$ for a bottle of insulin with a straight face, but acts confused about the solution to long wait times and poor staffing ratios. Hire staff and pay them enough that people can get access to the life saving medicines they need. I shouldn’t be a sun bleached skeleton by the time I get someone on the phone. It’s outrageous that you conduct your business like this. Distopian nonsense. Do BETTER!

The two ladies at the Minute Clinic on Saturday, Pearl and Nydia, were awesome. Great customer service and very caring.

This CVS stays open late this makes it convenient. The store is always clean
and the employees are always friendly
