Terrible customer service, paid for prescription and delivery online because my car was in the shop and I had just received my chemotherapy treatment and was feeling wiped out. Got CVS email confirming my payment for prescription and delivery. Called at 7: 30 because they were closing at 8 and I still hadn’t received a message saying it was on the way. Person in pharmacy said they had no record of my payment even though I had the email and said it wasn’t being delivered. I had to walk there and he made me pay for it again even though I showed him the CVS email and Apple Pay receipt showing it was already paid for! Had an attitude like he really couldn’t have cared less. …Update, when I called the next day for a refund using the number the store gave me I got a 20 minute runaround on the phone with the last person telling me I had to call the store for that. You can’t make this up! Complete incompetence!

The staff is very friendly, and effective. There were some items that I couldn’t find. The staff were very helpful, thank you.

This pharmacy happens to have the most incredibly rude pharmacists I have ever encountered. You can’t be incompetent and rude!? Makes you question why they decided to go into pharmaceuticals if all they are going to do is project how miserable they are onto every walking in patron. Also, PHARMACISTS I do not want to be speaking to you just as much as you don’t want to speak to me. God forbid they have a normal interaction with somebody without giving an ounce of attitude on the side. Do I need to further explain?
