Good Luck getting someone to answer the phone. I mean really.it shouldn't be that difficult.

Well, CVS has managed to go back to 1 star. I called to inquire about an Rx refill. I spoke to with Nora and asked her check a few things. I asked about 1 Rx and checked to see if it was called in. She told it was not. I would ask questions and mid sentence she would interrupt. I asked her if she could please let me finish and stop talking over me. She did not stop and continues to over talk me. She was listening to respond, rather than listening to understand. I asked her if she could make sure my Rx wasn’t called in and on hold in a different area on their computer. She seemed irritated that I would ask. I told her in the past this has happened and she was so rude from the start of the call to the end when she hung up on me. I heard her slam the phone down. No call was disconnected. Even if the call was disconnected, my account it up in front of her and she did not call back. I called back and someone else answered in the pharmacy and I asked for the pharmacy manger. Lucky me! It was Nora! Wow! This is the pharmacy manager speaking of a customer like dirt. I told her I called back because she hung up on me and I was not done with my conversation. She denied hanging up on me. I was smart this time and recorded this phone call, the minute she said her name. Again, rude as could be and again over talking me when I was speaking. I asked her other questions about my Rx that I was not able to finish on the last call because she hung up on me. I asked to speak to the store manager about her unkind service and she responded, I don’t have time for this. Wow! I did speak the the store manager and told her my experience of her rude behavior and hanging up on me and lying about it. The store manager was very nice and listened and told me she would address it. I also told her I have recording of the second call and would be happy to come down and play it for her review. This woman does not deserve to be the pharmacy manager. Why? She’s rude! She clearly hates her job and people. She is there to help customers with their prescriptions and answer any questions pertaining to prescriptions. Good luck to anyone that has a question about your prescription. She will be sure to tell you, I don’t have time for this or just hang up on you.

Bring Mike back! He turned this pharmacy around! He was unbelievably professional and was always beyond helpful! CVS made a HUGE mistake losing him. His team was happy and they were all so helpful. I don’t see the same techs there any longer. I’m sad about that because the genuinely cared about helping people. They were all personable and took time explaining prescriptions. It was a good team! Sad that CVS pharmacy made a change for the worse.

I am done with the back and forth horrible service. Mike and his team showed me what great customer service and actual care they all had for their customers. The current reviews also reflect this horrible change at CVS. Reviews don’t lie, but the current pharmacy manager, Nora, lies!

I’m changing pharmacies! I’m don’t with CVS and their lack of care of who they hire. DONE!

In the past I have given this CVS a really bad review. I deleted my past review because they have made major improvements!

The pharmacist, Mike, and his pharmacy tech, Jennifer, have gone above and beyond to ensure my husband get the medications he needs. Jennifer knows me and my husband by name and is alway extremely helpful. I’m here to say, thank you!

This 5 Star is specifically for the Lake Pleasant, Peoria AZ location. I am regularly in awe of the family friendly, professional and go the extra mile nature of the entire staff. I split residency between CA and AZ. The difference in the customer experience is dramatic compared to my CA CVS store I frequented for years. The California CVS location (s) could take a page from this store's play book in how to create loyal, happy customers through basic soft skills. Kudos to entire Lake Pleasant staff.and thank you for being such a wonderful group of people.

Update 5/2023- I take back everything I originally posted. Since the change in staff (i.e. Pharmacist and techs) it has made a complete 180. The pharmacist and the tech are so rude and condescending. I have prescriptions that require I call in to refill they can't be on an autofill as a triplicate but they never answer the phone.like ever.half the time they shut down the drive through for no good reason and then require everyone to come in and wait in a ridiculously long line only to tell you that your RX isn't ready when it was called in days ago, and then they are STILL RUDE. I get being stressed, overworked, behind etc but being kind is free and typically gets alot of understanding even from unhappy customers. This place is the absolute WORST now with this new staff.

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. Over 24 hours to fill prescription. Waited on hold for over twenty minutes and still haven’t talked to a person. My prescription is still not ready.

Hope I don’t expire before I get medication

The Pharmacist at this location is the rudest person I've had to deal with for prescriptions. He didn't explain any medications I've received and when I've had to deal with him he's rude and arrogant. They screwed up my prescription and made me feel like I was lying about it. The wait in the drive thru is so long and they're never ready when you pull up. I've waited 20 min siting at the window after I was texted it was ready. Waited longer in the line. I've transferred all my meds somewhere else not paying to deal with that kind of customer service. It use to be such a friendly place.

Worst place to order medicines, they are always out of stock and you will be completely recovered by the time medicine is delivered.

The pharmacists and worst, they are not ready to answer my questions also. They don't know how to manage the requests and they don't to communicate to the customer customers if the medicines is getting ready as late. I came at 4 and they were told me that the medicine is ready by 4 pm, when i reach at 5 pm still the medicine is not ready.
